Does Coventry still let the buyer choose from the design center or are they only doing inventory homes?

That remains to be seen. I had 2 buyers get builds about 2 months ago, lately it is all market or inventory. Not certain what they decided for upcoming.

This is a model home. In general model homes are used to show off or showcase a floorplan for the builder, in these showcase homes they often convert the garage to a sales office. You will find this consistent with most model homes, hope that helps.
