Nice home and video. I’m in Utah and relocating to Austin or San Antonio area has been a consideration.
On the TH-cam tile it shows 3.5% with $20k credit. What do you mean by that? I was hoping you would discuss this in your video.
I think he means 3.5% down payment and buyer incentives of 20k for closing costs and things like that

The builders at the time of the video are offering 3.5% interest rates which smashes the market rate of 7.25%! This means HUGE savings and MUCH lower payments

Unfortunately, my research shows Seguin, TX has one of the highest crime rates in America (also close to the Mexico Border). hence the price point for such beautiful home. Too bad.
This home is in Austin / San Antonio. Both of which are about a 5-6 hour drive from the border. 👍🏼 very safe areas
