The fact that she's dressed so casually makes me think that she was drinking, then decided, on a whim, to go to her Grandmother's grave.

Anyone screaming false accusations of rape or sexual assault like that should be fined or put in jail for a certain length of time for each time they say it. It makes a mockery of people who have actually been through it!
You want to imprison someone for saying a word? That’s wild. I say this as someone who has been assaulted, that’s a terrible fucking idea. As a person arrested for a DUI, I knew right away I was fucked. I complied 100%. Did the field sobriety tests knowing id fail. I was arrested and taken back to the station. What I knew was to follow instruction and refered to all as sir and ma'am. After processing, they gave me my phone and my gf (now wife) picked me up. I let it be straight forward as I knew I was in the wrong. The officers were very relaxed with the situation. I got a lawyer. I lost my license for 4 months but was granted a work license meaning I could drive but only to and from work. I only had to do a 1 weekend class and as a result of all my compliance, I was never charged and its not on my record. That night I was a dumb fuck. 10 years ago.. Just know you fucked up and comply.
Funny how this so called " modern" law enforcement still does " field sobriety tests", when breath testing has been available for decades. Any competent lawyer or even self represented citizen would be pleading not guilty on those grounds alone. Whether the judge agrees or not is not the point.
No swearing back at this very entitled and drunk person makes this cop really stand out. He didn't even raise his voice. Women don't like a man grabbing at them....a cop in uniform or not. The first reaction is to resist.

The arresting officer in the first clip remaining so calm and chipper as the Karen continues to work herself into a full blown tantrum is hilarious to me! Fastest way to piss off someone like her is to remain polite and happy, regardless of the vitriol they throw at you. Absolute perfection!
It works on most unpleasant people! Remain truly unbothered by their bs and tantrums and they just get angrier. Make sure to put on your best smile, tell them to have a wonderful day, and wave goodbye!
It’s the narcissists who act like this. Pure mental breakdown because they aren’t getting what they want. And oh man if their tantrum doesn’t get them what they want and if you are kind to them in the process? OOOO that PISSES THEM OFF! Perfect job done by the cops. That woman is an embarrassment. I’m so glad this is on TH-cam for all to see.
Old lady in the 1st story has my respect. She was so calm after the accident. Took her pics and just chilled under the tree until the cop was ready to chat to her. What a legend 👏
I'm still trying to understand the younger woman's grandma just died today, so she is driving to the cemetery today to pay her respects. Has she never had a family member or friend or anyone die before? Does she not know how the process works? I don't think even orthodox Jews are buried this quickly.
@skullduggery83 It’s nice of you to compliment the old lady in the 1st story and respect her. That’s how most old ladies act. I’m 80 and I had great parents and grandparents who raised me to be respectful and to obey laws-which is probably true of the old lady in the 1st story. We respect police officers and the jobs they do, and we don’t scream obscenities at them or fight them. We don’t drive drunk and we always carry our valid driver’s license, registration and insurance in the car with us when we drive, in case of an accident or if a police officer asks for them. I have only had 2 speeding tickets in my life, and both times I politely accepted the ticket from the officer and paid the fine on time and I have never been arrested. I’m pretty sure the old lady can say the same. I am shocked, disappointed and disgusted to witness so many younger women behave so badly, not respect police officers, and not take responsibility for their actions.

Imagine how easy it would be for someone with the right connections to have you imprisoned for reporting a rape that actually happened because there weren’t other witnesses.
I feel like that should be defamation also. Although no damage is done yet, there is intention to cause harm.
@@aswarmofbeeesnah I agree with op if you make a false sa accusation that is proven to be untrue the that person should be made to be jailed but however your concern is something that should be taken into consideration because you do have a point there but still I agree with op I mean false sa accusations can hurts actual victims of sa like you for example and cause the deaths of innocent people like Alec Holowka who was falsely accused of committing such a crime and as a result this had caused them to lose their job and career including the game he was working on which was supposed to be a therapy type project for him and unfortunately as a result of them going into a depression they ended up self terminating themselves from life unfortunately

As a person arrested for a DUI, I knew right away I was fucked. I complied 100%. Did the field sobriety tests knowing id fail. I was arrested and taken back to the station.

I bless my mother for raising me to be respectful to others, and using bad language is being very disrespectful. I doubt I will get a single thumbs up for this, but I had to say it anyway.
@@nancysherburne7445 it’s a word, bb. Not even the worst word he could’ve used, and he was making a joke after being called one. It was quick witted and funny.
"It's Mr. Asshole" 43:45
I love him. 😊🫡❤️🩹
8:45 "you're seriously gonna make me miss my grandma's funeral?" As someone who has had relatives who DID show up to funerals plastered, trust me - they dont want you there. They're having a very difficult time anyway without babysitting a belligerent drunk.
There was no funeral.
@@jcymngo yea there wasn't any funeral. It's literally impossible to hold a (legal) funeral the day someone dies, unless you know when exactly that person will die and have all the arraignments set up. You'll need a funeral service to transport the body, write the death certificate (legally required), store the body, write the obituary (optional), and either embalm the body for a casket burial or cremate the body. This process can take days as the funeral home may have many clients to take care of. That's not even mentioning the legal matters that happen after a death, like the handling of wills, last requests, etc... There are so many things to handle with a death of a loved one that it's honestly great we have services who will take care of the heavier things.
@@mageofdoomsie1598from what i understood her grandmother actually passed 2 days earlier not on that same day. although there probably was no funeral lol
That first cop was PHENOMENAL!! That is a man who is good at his job and he seems so nice and proffesional. Kudos to you sir, you rock!
Fr we need more cops like that
I’m fascinated by people like Nicole… I can’t fathom what kind of results she expects from being such a sweet ray of sunshine.
She was crearly not in her right mind.
“you know what? i’m drunk”
instead of remotely trying KILLED ME
Best part is right after saying she's drunk she says i didn't do anything wrong 🤦♂️🤡
I have been a nurse for 25 years. You know how many people like these women I have had to deal with? And we are expected to smile and take all the abuse.
I'm new to the nursing field, but worked in healthcare for a few years now beforehand and *holy cow* is it a problem with how much abuse techs and nurses have to take! I've had patients call me a "retarded bitch" on the phone because of something they personally did, I've had to help restrain a violent patient on my first day ever in clinicals, the list goes on. I have a lot of empathy for people and what they're going through, but...man does that empathy get strained sometimes lol
You can always change job lol, you knew what you were going into
Nursing is a thankless profession but so important. Thank you for helping others, even though some of them are jerks
Thank you for your service! I don't know if it helps, but my local hospital has signs up that say verbal and physical abuse of nurses, doctors, or security guards will not be tolerated. I guess some people would be irate if they're in pain or stressed or something, but that's no excuse to take it out on the people trying to help.
Hang in there. We appreciate you~
Switch jobs. Work independently. Turn your cheek and walk away from these assholes
This first officer is amazing, he never once loses his temper with her even though she is being absolutely awful!! He talks to her in a calm manner and even kind of like she is a child, because she is basically acting like a 5 year old!!
Cheers
i think most 5 year olds have better manners than *that*
@@ElysaraCh
😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I know right?!? It never ceases to amaze me just how ridiculous these types of individuals behave!! In every single case they turn what should have been a calm but aggravating situation into an absolute nightmare disaster for both themselves and the officers!! 😱🤷🏼♀️
Cheers
I take offense in that remark in behalf of all 5 year old kids out there.
You're too generous with that age estimation.
@@jimmellenberger8505
🤣🤣
You’re probably right about that!
Cheers
Christina, with the hand wipe/phone🤣
How did the cop not lose it (crack up😅), in her face!!
I was losing it 🤣
The fact that the parents only told Christina 2 days after the grandmother died and was buried, says a lot.
They knew she was an unstable alcoholic
It isn't obvious that story is BS
My family didn’t tell me our dog had died for a week. And I found out my grandfather had died from a random friend in the middle of a lecture at university months later. Idk how to talk to them about it. I do however know that getting wasted isn’t really a good response to it.
You believe the words of a drunk?. Someone who mistook a handwipe into a phone and tells the cop not treat her as a d*mb f*ck?.
Coz I won't.
That's not really a fact. It's just what she said. And going by everything that came out of her mouth, I would not trust that to be true.
I thought it was cool how the first officer talked to Christina like she was a 5 year old. Calm and simple words. He never raised his voiced and gave her time to just freak out not talking over her.
Karen is a racist term against white woman, you are a bigot
Jamie is a perfect example of the kind of disgusting woman who tries to weaponize sexual assault… she should be charged with it herself, simply because of the severity of her disgusting actions and the impact on everyone else. Purely disgusting, inside and out.
It beggars belief that such a weirdo has a boyfriend !
Honestly with proof of it being a false allegation she should be 1000000000% charged cause there’s not many times when thag can happen and maybe if people start getting charged they’ll start getting charged and other non recorded SAs will be taken seriously for fucking once….. police too my clothes switched employees and only found out my rape case info from someone who didn’t work for the police anymore and she was pisses Clearwater never responded to me. And still never has to this day…
The worst part is that it wasn't even the only one in just this video saying that shit either. Dumb blonde said she'd scream rape just from the cop trying to search her! It should definitely be a charge to pull shit like that.
A true pig.
Up till maybe 6 months ago I did not think if would ever happen to me but at work I had a person leaving the parking lot started screaming at me. As she drove away I said " ok keep driving sweet heart" and next day I was informed that that woman was bringing me up on sexual assault charges because that's how she felt when I used the term " sweet heart" I can fully admit me even responding to her was not smart on my part but in no way was I using the term to sexually assault her! I also can't even count how many times I have seen 2 women arguing and call each other sweet heart while yelling .
When she said she want to take a picture and started screaming for her phone and stuff like that I would have handed her another wet wipes to here you go take as many pictures as you want 😂
“Sexual assault!” “Rape! Rape!!”
They should’ve charged her for defamation too, there are people like myself who have actually been sexually assaulted and raped. Her crying rape just to try getting out of going to jail is DISGUSTING behaviour. And generally just the way she was acting is disgusting
Right?! Imagine pretending to be a sexually assaulted woman for selfish reasons. It makes me want to puke. This is why victims get questioned like they are the perpetrators.
ETA I'm sorry that happened to you and I hope you are looking after yourself. 💕
All women lie , they know if they say sexual assault they get paid millions
@@Lars89221Did you really try to compare getting falsely accused in comparison to the act of rape itself? Men like you truly are the weakest link. Scum. If someone called me a murderer and I dare victimize myself at the level of the victim who got murdered i truly reached a new low. I would never remove the value of pain men must feel who get falsely accused because less pain doesn’t mean no pain. So I know these poor men must feel like garbage getting accused by some trash who feels entitled to say something so sickening. Especially those who have social value (people with actual large jobs, a large community/followers, large impact in society) and have a higher risk of losing it. But the person who got distorted and destroyed in every form and way and scarred for like will always be worse. Even worse when they need to remember it forever and can’t undo it. And have the garbage who did it roam around free most of the time or out of jail in under 7 years. Without a doubt. There is 0 comparison. You will never know what it is to be in that position. Please heal your mentality and find psychological help. Your parents made a demon spawn who they clearly could careless about and never did.
@@Lars89221unfortunately the accusation is enough to ruin a man I seen it happen to my friend
Absolute VILE behavior, making a mockery of anyone who is a true victim of abuse...
Yes, she really looks like she’s dressed properly to “pay her respects” to her grandmother at her funeral.
Like I don’t like dressing up but I wore a nice shirt and pants when I went with my wife’s family to bury her grandma. That lady was trippin
Forget clothes she drank a whole tank of booze!
Nicole is screeching “Don’t talk to me like that” when the police is being perfectly kind and she is calling him every name in the book and accusing him of stuff. I can’t even believe people act like this. So embarrassing
"Perfectly kind" would be not lying about smelling weed. And we all know it wasn't true because he didn't mention it until after she offered to willingly take the breathalyzer test. He was fishing for more shit for his quota.
@@mimcduffee86 No one was talking about tactics. Just that the way she acts and the things she says are completely ridiculous, false, childish, and inappropriate. I understand people don’t like police tactics (even though they are perfectly legal), but if you look at these 2 and put the blame on the cop, you’re just looking to trash talk cops. The difference in their behavior is insane. And yes he was patient and perfectly kind even though she was acting like an out of control animal.
@guitarszen Prove it. She could have easily smoked a joint 10 minutes before the cop even saw her and ran her plates the car will smell for at least half an hour after smoking and he most certainly could still smell it. Maybe if she dropped the lip and complied in the first place she'd have gotten to drive away with that 10$ ticket and nothing else.
@guitarszenSure, but that's not the reason why he pulled her over to begin with.
She's making a phone call with a baby wipe!! Oh God, I'm dying 🤣
I swear the patience these cops have for these stupid people is outrageous,I would have already lost my cool
It takes a special kind of person to keep their composure.
You are using the word "outrageous" wrong.
Having an immense amount of patience is a lot of things, but not "outrageous".
wdym by outrageous ? they're good
For white chicks. It's another story for minorities 😢
@@paigebolton5803 As someone who did extensive research on use of force by law enforcement in grad school, race is one of the least likely factors to contribute an an officer’s undue use of force. The one factor that seems to play a role above all else is the workload of violent crimes that each officer must deal with. In other words, the more an officer is put in dangerous situations with dangerous people, and the less they can rely on their colleagues, the more likely they are to overstep.

"Let me go" "No, ma'am. Gotta do some paperwork first" took me out. LOL
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why you must do your children the favor of telling them "no" every once in a while. So that they know how to deal with it.
And teaching them how to treat people. So glad I wasn't an only child because even tho my siblings seem crazy at times (some social standards don't make sense to me, especially because of my autism), I'm glad that I know how some people in 'the real world' will see the things I say and do (and I know kinda how to react)
Trouble is liberal politicians are doing everything they can to reinforce this crazy behaviour and stop the police doing their duty.
Hahaha simple but so true
The west needs to adopt the asian parenting style.
This kind of behavior stems from so much more than that. Severe abuse, neglect, etc.
