The commander is either an artificial human or a clone made by someone in the ark to utilize nikke potential to the fullest. The girl was put in the same room as him is destine to be his nikke or his ultimate weapon to wield because no way they just put those two there to bond with each other randomly so it like they're making artificial adam and eve to save humanity
