I was seventeen years old when this album came out. I owned it. I loved the whole album. I listened to it almost daily on my Pioneer stereo system. I would stare at the album cover and dream of going out on a date with the gal dressed in black. I know in 1977 we had our problems, who didn't? But at times, nostalgia hits me and I long for those simpler times of my high school years. Thank you so much for posting these 3 songs. For a moment, I got to go back in my memory to those days I loved.
My fave...and the album was on a yellow (?) translucent vinyl...Ethel Merman also had a disco album...Everyone seemed to be on the bandwagon...except for the few people who hated to see people dancing, "mixing," and having FUN, like Chicago's DJ, Steve Dahl, who led a Disco Sucks Klan like Rally at Cominsky Park. Gone are the large clubs but the joy of the era, presses on at every party or event. Long live dance music 🎶
