I was amazed that you use a pair of grips to undo nuts and bolts!
I would always use sockets and ring spammers, it saves the nuts etc getting rounded off.

Can you explain the air box delete? Isn't it supposed to connect and provide airflow to the crankcase?

Tulsa Moto Club hell yea tracker is the way to go that’s my plan was cafe but that’s been done to death n with the stock tank it’s too bulbous
