Exactly, there's must be another "tough guys" witchers in every school of witcher. Beside Jerald of rivia 😂. With unique personality, and maybe more cunning,wise,brute, and devilish handsome even the peoples Calm peacefully at heart the sight of that witcher. 😅 There's so much more potential to build up more story of the Witchers particularly in Games.
In my view, Geralt is Charismatic person and good listening guy 😅

It could be if you get the Lynx medalion and learn story about first witcher which was step son of Alzur(His woman has first medalion which was prototype of witchers medalions. She died before he sucessfull create witcher). Alzur gives his son this medalion. I think it will be creator of witcher how he will look like but story you have. And I guess it cut be Legendary Raven witcher or Barmin(master of Vesemir). About Alzur his lover and first witcher it's from Lore.
How this medalion looks like we didn't know. New school of the Lynx this is kind a joke. Because in Books in 1372 witchers are no existing, anyone belives they existed. Only Geralt* lives(this which help Nimue in epilog).

School of Crane from Tales from the World of the Witcher, It's a set of stories from Ukraine and Russian Authors in the Witcher universe, and It's been approved by Andrzej Sapkowski. The story where School of Crane exist takes place few hundred years in the future. School of Crane are experts at fighting sea and flying monsters, and they use early version of firearms such as flintlock pistol

I pretty sure the only schools that are mentioned in the books are the wolf, cat and griffin hence why it would make more sense that he cat school was a group of witchers who split off from the wolf school.

A lot of it came from the tabletop RPG that's affiliated with CDPR, a bit of it came from the games. The tabletop RPG releases some free lore books occasionally if you want to check then our yourself, that's how I found the origin of the Witcher school
