He is so beautiful inside out. Such beauty and Grace. He is so gentle and so pure. The way he looks at each one in the audience is so heart warming. He is so appreciative of his fans. I love him so much.
A living legend folks! Genius song writer and musician. They don't make 'em like this anymore! Robert still has that smile that'll melt hearts! This guy stole my heart back in '79...He still has it. Did he say that "they are lucky to still be doing this?" Oh dear humble Robert... WE are the lucky one's!
Their songs are the soundtrack to my life. They’ve taken me through the highest of the good times & lowest of the sad times. I don’t think there’s many bands whose music that encompass such a wide spectrum of emotions.
I cherish him and respect him and adore him more and more with each passing year. He’s simply amazing. This montage made me smile and cry all at the same time.
I can't believe how well his voice holds up. He sounds pretty much the same in an unedited clip from random bits of a recent tour as he did in professional studio treated recordings made over 30 years ago. How does he do that!
tutte le volte che fanno plainsong nel tempo in cui aspetta di cantare, guarda il pubblico e sembra sempre stupito, come se non credesse ancora, dopo tanti anni, quanto sia amato
This is really sweet of you, taking all the effort... and now you made me wanna watch all of those concert one after another :) and I will, I know I will. Thank you. for some reason I am in tears now... if you´re not moved by this as a Cure fan I don´t know...
Ah so so so lucky! I saw them in Charlotte, NC (best of all the shows) and December 1 and 3 in Wembley. Can life get any better??? Thank you for all of these clips. I love love love Robert!!!
Thank you for posting this. I smiled many times. There are probably too many important things going on simultaneously in the world and the country here in June 2020, so 15 minutes to smile is hard to find, but then I found that you shared Robert at his best! Thank you.
thanks for posting these moments! I was there with you for Atlanta and Charlotte! second row left. I was up front singing the whole time. I'm pretty sure his comment about the Capo was in Atlanta unless he said it on more than one occasion.😊❤
Thanks, Steven! I've added Atlanta into the notes for that segment. I think I remember seeing you. You were doing a lot of woo hooing and pre-Cure audience warm-up. :-)
Good on you...You are certainly of the clouds lady. Great Job "It's weird that we haven't played this song in the last three days...but according to Wikipedia we haven't. Fuck off!" Thank You Thank You Thank You
I don t understand à large part of his works. ..must be deaf (as he said😊) no Just not enough english to understand everything because of the crowd behind ..never mind love you Robert and all the cure s band David Bowie s guitariste love you too Thanks for this beautifull music Lights sounds you gave us 💕
Well done Tanya! Thank you for posting and transcription his speeches. Sometimes it's pretty hard to understand what he says for a non native English speaker :)
I think you mean Reeves Gabrels? He doesn't seem to "fit in" with The Cure's image, but obviously that doesn't bother Robert Smith. He seems to really like Reeves being a part of The Cure, so I think most Cure fans accept him because of that. He's David Bowie's former guitarist, and he's actually very nice and interactive with fans.

When Robert Smith smiles a light is ignited in my heart💕💐💕 What a beautiful man🦋

I think he's a vampire. But seriously it's crazy how his voice sounds pretty much the same as it did so many years ago.
He really loves to sing, he does it everyday and I guess we don't...

he is a real rock star
What a beautiful collection of songs and moments. Wish I could have seen them this tour, but thanks to you I feel like I have. Long live Robert!!

I agree that Charlotte was one of the best shows. It's the only show I went to that they played Catch.
Yes! Catch and Mint Car!
Thanks for sharing these beautiful moments!!
thank you for Robert's speeches!!

thank you Tanya for sharing! This is great work, i'm so sorry we did'nt meet, i've been on the final show in Wembley toooooo......
He’s beautiful 😍
I saw them in 1988 during their farewell tour. Thirty years later they're still saying farewell apparently.
I'm so sorry but you were trolled by a fake band known as reCur because, you see, The Cure didn't play any shows in 1988. Bob says hi, btw.
At the Mediolanum Forum of Assago the 1st november, Robert said "PRONTO!?" during Wrong Numer, super funny Man!

Thanks for sharing, it's a very good idea. For the
24th clip, the "toy" is a top, to do the sound of the beginning of "The top" !
that plexi drum is the thing, you can finally see the drummer

That line...I could go on and on about it. There was awkward giggles when he said it and then this guy behind me roared with laughter. Precious!

I've written all of the dialogue out in the notes section so that everybody can understand what Robert says.

I wonder whats going on at 10.40.
Ha ha! It looks like somebody is giving him attitude or something by the way his expression is. ;-)

Which song is at .49?
If Only Tonight We Could Sleep
Whats sound at 09:01? I love Cure but i don't know or remember this track...

I SO HOPE THAT GOD IS THIS MAN,,,,,,,,,, WHEN I GET THERE,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
he wants to headline Wembley Stadium... is that possible ?
He was talking about Twilight Sad. He said "in a better world they'd be playing Wembley fucking Stadium."
I'm still not used to hear Robert swear
He even swears in magazine articles...It's just part of his culture (the Robert Smith culture ;-))
@@TanyasEtherealFootsteps only times I ever heard him swear were on Only Tonight We Could Sleep and Wendy Time
I'll never get used to Gabriel being in the band.

That wasn't very nice of Reeves to bump him out the way.
It was the very last show of the 6 month tour. I think Roger was just celebrating and Reeves was ready to be done.
