First timer and this was so easy! Very detailed, and I liked the add in part. I got a little ahead and took it apart and was relieved it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks again!
I thought the Sig guys would appreciate that bit of humor. They probably pulling their hair out. But they did find the problem and corrected it. Nice job sig.
Any recommended cleaning kits? I have my fathers old kit. which just has brushes n pads and lube n a little cleaning towel. so dont have any of the foam etc. first time having to clean my gun on my own :P
I like anything from Otis or Hoppes. Both companies make kits specific to the caliber of your firearm. Most of them can be bought with or without cleaner/oil bottles.
Dou7ble YUP.. He needs to read first before he attempts how to show people the proper way to clean. The say don't get anything wet inside where the striker resides. You should append your footage.
actually on reassembly you're supposed to lock the slide with the slide release before turning the takedown lever back to normal, then press the slide release after lever is back to normal... failing to do so can cause trigger malfunction. th-cam.com/video/-wyxiD9O83o/w-d-xo.html

Just a FYI, Rem oil is a Remington CLP. They just call it Rem oil. Great video.
Yup! I’ve just always called it Rem Oil but to me it is just a bit different from Safariland CLP.
Good stuff, love my P320
Mel_the_Nut It does seem to rest in my hands very well! I can't wait to formally test it.

Why would you want a 40 cal bore snake for a 9mm, more resistance when pulling?
I may have a mistake when I said you can use a .40 bore snake in an 9mm. You could use it but yes, you are correct, it will be harder to pull through
I love my sig very cool pistol got mine brand new she is sweet
Congrats! They are awesome!
Thanks travis you the man

Do NOT get any lubricants in the striker fire!!!
Yup!

Pull the trigger if you have trouble putting the pin back in (@5:47) because it's not lined up. If it is lined up, you just gotta work it.

My lock lever is very tight...is that good/bad/irrelevant?
Possibly try to pull back just a bit on the slide to take the tension off as you move the lever. That is what I do with my P365
Great video!
Vladislavs Dovgalecs Thanks!
How about some bore snake reviews?
Thanks for the info.
Kenneth G Maiden Not a bad idea!
Kenneth G Maiden Bore snake review will be on my Patreon channel in a few hours, it will be on my TH-cam channel tomorrow morning!!
Good video!
RowCall 219 Thanks!
Thanks a bunch! I can hardly wait til mine gets back from Sig
DTemp 62 Right on!
Another nice video thumbs up for you
Taurus Pt111 G2 Thanks!
I don’t think you should lubricate the striker based on the manual
Tigran911 In usually wipe it off with Remoil and then a dry patch.
Dang bro! Why’re you putting CLP on the striker? That’s not good.
Gaptain's Metal Detecting Vlog I try not to or if I do I dry it off
Finally
Dylan Shoemake Gonna go to the range this weekend! I can't wait!

This is good to know!
On some guns you have to pull back on the slide completely before pulling the takedown lever up, too. I know this is the case on my P365

Prego!
