I'm not sure quite why it made me laugh so much but bee lining it to grab some shrooms so you can witness the execution while tripping was an excellent sight gag.
7:50 You cannot buy the reagents for the Necromancer quest from Mythran; you have to collect them from the spots he tells you. My run got stuck on the turn-in here and it took me forever to figure out what the problem was. (I ran into this problem before watching your video)
It will be fantastic to watch these while waiting for the next UIX episode. Extremely fun. I never could finish VIII, only got till the firey area, so it will be great to see a unique way to finish it.
Thanks. The bugs in Pagan actually inspired me to try writing a walkthrough that used as many exploits as possible, and the rest is history. Of the videos, my favourites are Serpent Isle and U5: Lazarus because those two really come apart at the seams.
I got a question, what is in the chest in the starting area where you meet Devon? I remember somehow I opened it as a kid or maybe not. if I did I dont remember what it contained
It's called "Have Disasters, Will Travel" and I wrote it for a friend's RPG sessions, but AFAIK they never ended up using it. When I started the "Let's Break" series I figured I may as well use it myself since it made a change from the Brandenburg Concerto I used as the intro to e.g. "Secrets of Morrowind".
@@duvalculpepper Well, that is the entire piece, but here you go: dougtheeagle.com/stuff/have_disasters_take7-1644.mp3 ...it doesn't match the style of my albums so I've not really released it as such, but nice to hear you like it!
Yeah, that one has a lot going for it technically but the story was a bit flat, a bit short and the thing was clearly rushed. However it was the first game where I had enough bugs to think "Hey, I could make a whole walkthrough based around breaking the game" and that led to many more.

i'm so glad you're continuing this series.

Probably my least favorite mainline Ultima but hey. It's always fun to break.

...can you really "break" what's already _broken?_ 😅
