Just used this technique today because of you but used the Camille rose gel instead because I've never used the blueberry bliss one! Worked perfectly my hair is way more voluminous and less clumpy than it is usually. Thank you! My hair is thick and long and it's so hard to not have clumpy waves with heavy hair like mine. LOVE THIS TECHNIQUE THANK YOU

Very pretty hair. But how do you do this every day? This is a problem for me. I have very thick, tight curls and a lot of times I just don't have the time or patience for defining each curl. Do you have any suggestions?

Mary alsina I'm no hair expert but I shingled my hair using the Aphogee Curlific line and I loved it!!! I did not use a gel and I had fantastic hold and definition.
hey! i tried it and it really works! for those who to do the same keep in mine that having a proper amount of gel is very important here, in order for you to have the right results.

I tried shingling when I first went natural. Took me 2 fucking hours and me hair didn't even go past my ears! Never again, especially now that it goes just above my armpits. It looked cute, though, not going to lie on that one.

Your hair turned out great! I love shingling, but I only use it to define frizzy curls because it would take forever to do my whole head lol!

I used ouidad climate control gel and the shea moisture smoothie or the curl and style milk.
You should try Jane Carter Hair Solutions if you like botanicals. It is all natural as well and smells amazing!

when i do this method my hair just ends up being really crunchy and waxy from the products!
awe sorry it didnt work out. Try using different products and maybe less if they weigh down your hair?
