You should avoid spending all your points on durability. It's not worth it because durability is rarely a problem anyway. I would recommend doing the other 3 first because they actually affect performance.

@@dylzzzzzz9191 you need to remember the car he’s actually in, for one he should barely be getting top 10 most races I play on 105 difficulty and when I started with the same team me and bottas was getting p15-p8 at best so with how he’s doing on this difficulty he’s able to abuse the fact he can upgrade the durability until he can slowly up the difficulty to a place it should be, by that point he’ll probably change teams anyways so might as well finish the races by improving durability than dnf races by chasing a win that he shouldn’t.

Josh, use your overtake at the start of the race to gain places, the AI, especially the faster cars at the front of the field will be difficult to overtake at the start if you dont press the overtake button. Once you gain 1 or 2 places, you can stay behind someone and keep getting drs.
Put the safety car setting on increased if its not already so that you get more safety cars!!
The difficulty needs to go up
You know, if you complete 3 laps of the race strategy practice program successfully, it gives you more resource points to spend on upgrading your car

should change to a used set of softs for the first run in Q2 and Q3
Josh should do a lap on used softs first before doing the new softs at the end of sessions when the track has more grip also. Massive improvement in laptime possible with that
Josh, just to let you know for safety cars and red flags you need to turn the race distance up to 35% (min distance for them). I would also put them on increased

Use overtake on Qualifying laps, you're leaving lots of time on the table...
The AI are coded to be on Hotlap for Quali so it would be an unfair advantage to use Overtake

Instead of upping the difficulty, try things like no racing line, ABS, or traction. Slowly with each one, recommend putting traction on Mid, or learning the racing line. might need a steering wheel for ABS
Josh, you should utilise your overtake button when you’re coming out of a corner, to get maximum boost. If you do this more on qualifying you’ll have an overall better lap.

One thing I keep noticing you do is almost try to cut the corner, try taking entrances into corners wide, hit the apex then go back wide rather than trying to keep the inside line. Ur car will find more speed since it'll Rev higher faster and gear up quicker.

Just a tip mate, use your used softs for the first run in Q3, and for the final run use your fresh ones. Will mean your best lap is on the best tyres
Brother use overtake button in quali
During rotation u go completely of throttle which slows you down massively on exit , you should maybe use a little bit of throttle on these long corner like here and japan
In your qualifying laps and the race to get most speed with ers, use overtake button on the exits but not the whole straights

Josh in quali you need to go to your setup and reduce the fuel amount to the minimum as that will gain you extra time

It being a rider career, you’re kind of meant to be doing at least top 10s I think you got the difficulty at a decent spot. That’s how all sports games are, your guy is coming in expected to be the next big thing. Hell max did it why can’t zerker boy 😂😂😂

you should definitely think about a direct drive steering wheel, at least give it a try, i think it is very nice, especially for the Formula 1 games, it feels so much better and you can be much more smoother and feel much more detail, gamepad works, but its just meh.
During the race, if u change your ERS deploy mode to none, u will harvest ERS a lot quicker a and lot more aswel, just a tip to help overtaking and defending
day 3 of telling josh to brake at yellow and red not before yellow and red because if you do that you can get a better lead on the ai to overtake. 4:28 this is how you do it.
In practice, u should complete the resource points aswel in your programme as it’ll give u resource points meaning u can get more upgrades

i'm on the fence with watching almost all of zerkaa's f1 videos but i don't agree with the f1 nopixel RP.. its cool and all listening to a bro who has literally beaten lando norris with a controller, but if he dives in a corner takes a position and doesn't destroy himself or the game doesn't penalize him, who gives a fudge? apparently some people.
Josh, just a suggestion for a video idea, on f1 2020 there are classic cars, how about a video or series using those classic cars like Michael Schumacher's Ferrari f2004 or something!

I would recommend just upgrading power your slow on corners because of human error even with upgraded aero you gonna make mistakes while in the straight of your the quickest then your gonna stay ahead (and pls stop upgrading dura)

lack of crashes is a general game problem at the moment unfortunately
They fixed it in today's update along with the handling. The whole gameplay is miles better now.

@@NIGERIAN_K yeah the update came out this morning. They changed the handling model and because of that the AI is less consistent now. I had a safety car and red flag in one 28 lap race.
@@DoubtRageI’ve always hated how robotic the AI is, when you’re behind a line of them and you take a turn you can literally see how they follow the exact same path, don’t know how the game got released like that tbh there’s no variation in cars or drivers on the track at all
@@timlett99 yeah completely agree. They all have different driver ratings and stats but they don't seem to affect anything they just follow the coded route like a train.
The game only just come out yet there an update already and are you using controller aswell
