Cheese omelette recipe:
1 slice of bread
Today I'll show you the New Omelette Recipe!
1/2 cup of milk
Vegetable oil
150 g cheese
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
Gently stir in egg whites
Fry on both sides
1 blue onion
Salt and some sugar
1 tomato
Fry under the lid for 5-7 minutes

This was called a ''fluffy omelet'' when I learned to cook it at school, would have been 11 years old and it was one of the first things we learned to cook. Very nice indeed and a great breakfast or lunch.
@john Lee Apparently some red onions can actually turn blue, but whether it is always in response to another pigment they come in contact with or whether it is because they contain an excess of the pigment seems to depend on which website you read.
So basically it is a red onion.

This looks amazing, and it was done correctly. But it's not stirring when you add egg whites. You gently fold as not to lose the fluff and air in the beaten egg whites. Everything looks Yum-O as Rachel Ray would say! Lol! Loved your video!

I have two frittata pan sets of different sizes. I’ll try this in one of them. It will make flipping it easier, and allow cooking it a bit after flipping it to make sure it is cooked through. I preheat the second pan on a second burner so frittatas cook faster after flipping them.
Tried this but It stuck to bottom so it didn't look good but tasted great. Need to figure out the right temp.
