Wow! That was amazing. You sir are incredibly talented. I am so impressed by the level of detail and the fact that you do much of your measuring by eye. You are clearly highly meticulous and obviously very skilled. What a great demo video!
Wow. you really know what your doing!! Anybody who can draw on a design with a marker and then shoot it full of holes .....and then set the diamonds...I have to go watch that again...I wish you were my neighbor !! LOL , nice work!
I'm so impressed with your work! I am a fairly new metalsmither and love the engraved lines (are they called diamond cut?) and have wondered how those cuts were made in the gold. Would you consider doing a graving video showing the tools you use and how to get started?
Very god idea for a new video. I will take it in count in the future. Take it easy and practice, practice, practice. Pay attention to my videos, what is not in one, it is in another. Thank you for your words. Coly
How is jewellery made. Lets say size US 9 1/2 by 10mm proportioned to how this ring was made. Maybe using 2mm or 2.5mm diamonds not sure what size are used on this build.
Hi, so how does the gold attach itself without fusing or soldering? I understand the pressure used to push it in, but how does it become literally attached without heat. Lovely!!! I'm self teaching, and have never seen this channel. I'll subscribe!
Are you sure you did not use hand held pulse arc (tungsten micro arc) for joining the gold to the ring? Or it was by forging the soft 24 k gold into the shears by hydraulic hammers
Very nice job, Excellent. Quick question have you ever tried use the same karat gold ? Lets say use 14 K yellow(or Rose) gold on the 14 K white gold ring.
I'd much prefer the sound of hammering and tools to this horrendous music..... Also slow it down here and there so we can see how things are being done.
I think you are in a Hurry men ,,if you came to TH-cam to show your Talent and help others then you can slow it down so people can see and learn and appreciate but this video is not going anywhere and the music is sooo....you understand me I am sure .. thanks anyway )

We put a summary of the video in this channel, the jeweller work on another channel and the stone setting in another channel. In this way everyone can see only what interests them. Thank you!

@@jewellerymadebyhand Hey, thanks for the heart. Btw, what's the model and number of scorper you are using for carving out the lines. thanks

Fab demo. Beautiful job. Is that 24/22ct gold wire?
24k wire / 18kWhite (75%Au, 23%Pd, 2%Co)
Note:
This alloy is not good for casting because is not so liquid.
Fantastic work! How are the diamonds held in place?
With prongs.
Thank you for asking.
Coly
Defiantly something I would have!
You have some commentary, so you can have it.
Anyway, in a future, all comments will be in the box.
Thanks for showing the 24K gold inlay.
Thank you, @Carianin 52!
One word "Magnificent"
Thank you.

what is this insturment , what is this gold wire
If you ask about the yellow wire, it is 24k gold wire.
Coly
Fantastic! I know this is a mundane question, but what kind of sanding/buff stick do you use?
No idea about what brand but I use normal buff, what I can find when I need.
Coly
You have a split mandrel with paper wrapped around it, spinning?
Yes.
Thank you for asking.
Coly
What is tool used to press diamonds in place or used to secure them?
Pusher!?

How much does this ring retail for just out of curiosity?
This is depending of the ring size, diamonds size, details, etc.
From 1K to 3K.

At 11 minutes you put stones in ring than 13th minute you drill again what happened
Sorry.
Error in video mounting.
Next video is about the same job style.

Thank you. I really appreciate your opinion and I'm glad that you say so.
A ring like this would be nice with Turquoise instead of Diamonds!!

No fuse, no laser.
This channel for inlay it is trapezoidal not rectangular.
Then , only pressure, do you use 24 k gold ?
Yes, 24k

No laser no PUK and no superglue :)
Only presure in V channel.
I usually do not give thumbs down's to videos. The quick shot editing makes it very difficult to glean useful manual/mechanical information.
Be tolerant please.!This is one of the first video made by us.Thank you!Coly👍😀

14k rose it is nice and I use only when I need to match some stone colors and gold color.
14k white it is not white and I not use this alloy
