    This Asana helps me for stiff back (Lower and Middle) releif. I feel that my spine and the entire back getting stronger.

    Please make the video in Hindi as well since you elaborate each and every detail very well.
    The reason behind this is not everybody will be able to understand the technical terms in English such slaunching, etc.
    You are detail oriented, trust me it will increase your reach.

    I notice that the practitioner does not blink his eyes at all. Is maintaining unblinking eyes while doing the asana a prerequisite for good asana abhyasa?

    You have an obsession with hyperextension of spine and strenum....can cause injury.
