This is nothing compared to the 2000s and 2010s… but still, it’s one of the BEST out there :) love my country for this!
our new year eve celebration in tne province is quiet different, we don't have fireworks but we have our horns we simultaneouly blow, car horns we honk, the basins and casserole cover we strike, the GI sheets we drag on the street and the loud yell of a happy new year to greet everyone. the entire clan (cousins, distant relatives, families) gather together bringing in the food we will share and walla a huge banquet we share with each one of us, olds and kids..the next day will be full of fun, playing games, sing with our best karaoke, dancing and partying while drinking our prefered alcohol.. what a beautiful sight seeing families gather to share our best news years every year. this is philippines

Always fun to spend with friends and family. Hubby and I have been sick after Christmas so no one can come to the house. This has been my new yearly tradition watching NYE video of your fam looks fab and jolly.
Husband speaking - on 18 Jan. I turn 82. I went to bed at 9 pm, mom ( wife ) got me up at 11:30 pm. Lots of noise and fireworks at midnight. My drink of choice is water or coffee. Ack in bed by 12:30 am. Up at 5 am - let the dogs inside , feed the cats grab some coffee and wait until z6:15 am when the dogs want their walk. Hope you have a great 2025. 😁💕
