Lovely video! I’ve been to Sagada! I remember it being such a quaint place and all the locals kept to themselves which I found rather interesting as outside in Manila and other “touristy” places the vendors and locals were kind of in your face (in a good way 😅). I also recall the drive up there was one of the most terrifying rides I’d ever been on in my life. Also it was bloody cold when we weee there! So cold I had to buy a beanie and thank goodness I brought a jacket! Lastly my first spelunking experience was in Sagada and that experience was absolutely out of this world! One of my best memories! Anyways re the rubbish, I wish Filipinos will take care more of their country. It is really beautiful but sadly the trash does kind of taint it in a way. We all have a responsibility to look after the environment. Bring your trash with you and dispose of it properly!

I have to say you guys recognize good/great coffee because Sagada coffee beans is actually one of the best in the world, in fact it already won prestigious international awards in Paris & Milan. And the town is really quiet & peaceful, you won't even hear any karaoke music because it is not a thing in the Cordilleras & actually it would be disrespectful. And the folks there are a bit reserved, have more sense of shame & more disciplined & so crime rate is also very low, the last heinous crime/murder is even more than a decade ago. Nice & cool place to refresh from the stress of city life👍

Condos age horribly in Philippines. They build them fast and the quality is lacking.

I have 110sqm house with 50mm rockwool insulation in the walls and 100mm rockwool in the ceiling. My roof has a solar powered exhaust fan. I have four inverter split unit aircons. My bill is 6k on average.

The build quality of these condos are terrible. You really need to buy from a company that's going to take the HOA fees and put it back into the maintenance/upgrade of the complex. Many don't and after a few years the whole place is like a slum
