Hmm now thats neat.. I see it has an area to attach a pistol holster on the right hand side as well.. I will look into it.. Need a decent belt for when I am out shooting and carrying stuff.
When I was in the Army we had the Alice gear and I couldn't stand it. Not easy trying to jump out of a Bradley hatch with all that stuff on. I'm glad all the newer gear is more streamlined and integrated. Great review!
I just received this belt after a long back order. Well worth the wait, thanks for this video, I would not of purchased it had it not been for Sootch. Thank you.
Not better, only different. The Infidel War Belt attaches directly to the pants with the inner velcro belt, or you can use it without the inner belt like the HSGI has. Short of your pants coming off, this belt isn't going anywhere. Look to the ARES Ranger belt for a non-padded EDC option.
@Aqualiteking Yes. He has molle sleeves available to purchase seperately like the one that comes with the belt, and a 2" wide version intended to go in front of a holster. Be safe! John
Yeah,it's about time i set up a new system with this belt. I've been looking for a "logical" and simple upgrade. I can leave the velcro on the cold weather pants, just slap-on & go. Great review!
I used that at work.... I had to wear my shoulder harness too.... Too much crap on the belt, made it heavy. I had to drop my weapon on the leg..... But belt itself was amazing
if you can't afford the infidel war belt. blackhawk makes a patrol belt that looks almost the same as the war belt at 36.99 with similar quality. and it comes in different colors: black, coyote tan, foliage green, olive drab.
After watching a lot of review by you on this gear...I purchased the battle belt and some ammo pouches....great gear....ordered some more items recently BUT....things have changed with this guy at US Gruntgear......after waiting 13 weeks for my order checked on my order and was told I wasn't waiting for 13 weeks (when I was), I cancelled my order. The gear may be good quality, but, poor customer service is not worth it, when there are companies like Tactical Tailor and Eagle Industries.
I checked out the US GRUNT GEAR web site and are you going to doing more on their products in the near future. The one thing it got my attention is the backpack which looks cool.
I hear what your saying and I'm not trying to be difficult. I am a very understanding person, but 10 to 12 weeks? Wow... Am i still willing to wait? Yes, of course i am. It's US Grunt gear validated by Sootch... Thanks Sootch... P.S. I hope your next order takes just as long and see how you like it. LOL
@dualberettas You are correct, one could use suspenders, but with the internal hook and loop belt to anchor it to you pants belt loops, it is incredibly stable & secure, without them, however, I am making arrangements to use the D rings to match the belt to my two USGG chest rigs. Be safe! John
Thanks for the info on the infidel war belt system...i'm looking for a way to edc my MUT,tactical pen, my S&W .38, Maglight, and cell phone ...looks like a viable option...good review as always sooch...
I use a regular belt to hold my pants up. Then I use a padded voodoo tactical belt which costs only like 15 bucks. This belt has a lot of Velcro and I like my belt to move so I can access all my stuff easily. This belt is very nice though
Totally stopped watching the video once i saw on their website that the belt costs $90. Ouch! I'm sure it's good quality for the price, but not for everyone. Thanks for the review though; glad to see there are belt options out there.
your infidel war belt is like the shooting competition belt which has an inner velcro belt to attach the main belt. Still the best for field combat is the military pistol belt where you can wear or unwear quickly; and does not move around. If you are honest enough you should not said that it moves because it is you that moves it difficultly slide around until you forcibly did it.Besides, the hip is not round but elliptical making a a military belt almost impossible to slide around.
to the guy complaining the belt only adjust to 46"......this type of gear is aimed at those with an active lifestyle and military......not to many guys in the military have a 46" waist
The inner belt that comes with the Infidel War Belt looks a lot thinner, and floppy compared to the Contracter's belt. Is this something i'm just seeing in the video, or is that inner belt real stiff ? Is there a way to order this inner belt stiffer, like the Ares Belts are ?
Sootch, my grunt gear infidel war belt arrived today and I don't see how anything can attach to it. All of my gun holsters and knife sheaths have belt loops for a belt to slide through them. The war belt cannot slide through any of my holsters or sheaths because its about 5-inches wide. Had I of known this I would not have ordered something for a hundred bucks that just going to sit in the back of my closet. Can you please help me find out how to attach them?
Do you know where I could get a second MOLLE sleeve so I could have MOLLE around the entire thing? I can't find a standalone sleeve on their site and the belt only comes with one
I'm not a fan of the belt. I bought one 3 years ago and never used it. US grant gear's customer service is awful. I asked for a left and belt and got a right hand belt. The sleeve is impossible to remove and they refused to switch the sleeve for me. I will not buy anything from them again. So I'm stuck with a belt I cannot use.
Great review Sootchster! I have been thinking about one of these and I think you just decided for me. Now to go see if they have it in black. Cheers! Duane
Sootch, I ordered the Infidel war belt from US Gruntgear like you said. However, I am extremely disappointed with USGruntgear. After ordering the product they tell me 10 to 12 weeks for delivery. Thats 1/4 of a year.... VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH US GRUNTGEAR.
hey s00tch, as usual nice vid, good and informative. thanks for sharing. i just ordered a pistol belt with some things, to have with me for dayhikes and stuff, but now i might look into this belt since it integrates into the belt system. again thanks for sharing. and HUGE PROPS for that bit with the cigar. "(puffff) made for me, baby." hahaha that was great!!!
Another vendor that doesnt realize that there are large guys out there that have money to spend on gear. Maximum size available is up to 44 waist size on the contractor belt and 40-46 on the Infidel War Belt. "Robert the Owner", please take a look at this issue. Thanks. PS That doesnt mean that we want to order custom made product either! LOL Understandably a bit more for the larger size, but nothing out of the norm.
Awesome review..... another sub added.....One question: I know you have used both the Contractor set-up and the Infidel war belt. If I can only afford one, which one would you recommend? I am not a competitor but, its not to say I might not ever do it. Retired Combat Vet that still loves to shoot and move....I would set it up with a couple AR mags, 9mm mags, gerber tool, maybe a knife. Is the Infidel set-up "that much" bigger or heavier than the Contractor?
Hey Sootch, so I saw another belt on USGG thats similar to this called the warhog belt. They look really similar, but the warhog is more expensive. Can you tell me the differece, and if its worth it to go the extra 10 bucks? Thanks
Sootch00; really awesome review. I was on the USGG webcite and I saw this belt. I have 2 blackhawk belts that are very simular but they are stiff and just don't feel comfortable. So they are sitting in my closet. :( This Infidel War Belt seems a little pricey... Is it worth $80 or more? Thanx for the reviews.. Dredd
hey sootch, I have a question. I noticed that theres webbing on both sides, but one side has the molle sleeve over it. Do they sell those separate in case I want to make the whole thing molle? cuz sometimes I might want molle all around and sometimes the webbing.
They got the Velcro the wrong way. If you look at competition shooting belts the hooks is on the outer belt while the soft side is on the inner belt. Because then you can wear just the inner belt and it is still comfortable, and does not collect al kinds of wool, fibers and dust.
It does ok, the belt does slide thru the buckles some so you will be retightening them often so keep that in mind. I got the Cobra buckle too and the under belt. It stays in place and the shoulder harness buckles are plastic now too. Any other questions feel free to ask me.
i thought this looked really really cool, especially with my personal lbe system right now, its off a belt, and i like it enough to wear i really dont think i need a vest(i do have one of those 80's or 90's rigs) then i looked this up, $100 OMG NO im sticking with my old school OD belt with the copper buckle from the 80's
I've been looking into these different Molle belts. I just need a good recommendation on holsters for a G19. Everything else I can find so it is really just the holster.
Hi Sootch, great vid! Trying to determine the best size to go with,...what size did you go with and what was your waist size by the tape? Great vids,..subbed!
I went and looked at a review of the HSGI suregrip warbelt. I did not like what I saw. The neoprene in the belt I believe would be extremely hot and uncomfortable. Al in all I just didn't like what I saw.
I just don't see a civilian use for this... seems high quality but to what end?? My chest rig works better, my rigger's belt holds holsters and mags well. how often will you utilize this? Well to each his own I guess.
Hmm now thats neat.. I see it has an area to attach a pistol holster on the right hand side as well.. I will look into it.. Need a decent belt for when I am out shooting and carrying stuff.
I got this belt recently after seeing your review I must say I don't think I'll ever need a replacement! 10/10
Thank you.
Thanks for the review Sootch. This is what I've been looking for. My old USGI pistol belt can now be retired.
Not better, only different.

Sootch!! Easily the classiest gun reviewer on youtube!
I checked out the US GRUNT GEAR web site and are you going to doing more on their products in the near future. The one thing it got my attention is the backpack which looks cool.

very nice video man. I think I am going to get one for my next hitch overseas.
I dunno Sootch, I think every utility belt should come equipped with a Bat-arang.
Thanks for the info on the infidel war belt system...i'm looking for a way to edc my MUT,tactical pen, my S&W .38, Maglight, and cell phone ...looks like a viable option...good review as always sooch...

LOL again top vid sootch, nice cigar!! im now looking to see if they will post to Aussie land, thnaks for the heads up on this great belt.

Nice review it looks like a good one
damn!!!! I'm not lucky enough to be leo or military but i WANT one of those....man do i want one...thanks sootch
idk i have the old single belt with a harness setup and im loving it, only cost around $25 total
These belts look awesome, thanks for sharing!
Very good combat belt.. thanks for the explanation
looks like a good piece of gear. Thanks.
Dang looked like a nice belt. To bad they no longer make that model.
problem with velcro is that it eventually wears out from wash, wear and tear
YOU TEAMED UP WITH NUTNFANCY!?!? WHEN WAS THIS??? that must have been the most awesome video ever
Sootch, my grunt gear infidel war belt arrived today and I don't see how anything can attach to it. All of my gun holsters and knife sheaths have belt loops for a belt to slide through them. Why do they have left hand belts? can't you just put everything you need on the left side instead of the right side of the belt lol
+SugrBop there is no molle on the left side of the belt.
I’m glad to know their customer service is bad ,so with that being said I’ll not deal with them
Great review Sootchster! I have been thinking about one of these and I think you just decided for me. Now to go see if they have it in black. Cheers!
Duane
Sootch, just curious. What type of tactcal pants do you wear day to day? What kind are you wearing in this video as well?
How do you even buy it, the website just has pictures....
Look into the ARES Gear Ranger Belt.
Sooch for President!
what is the difference between the "infidel", and the "infidel II" belts?
I will defintely check out the site. thanks.
Thanks Sootch! Great review. Just what I've been looking for.
hey s00tch, as usual nice vid, good and informative. thanks for sharing. i just ordered a pistol belt with some things, to have with me for dayhikes and stuff, but now i might look into this belt since it integrates into the belt system. again thanks for sharing.

could you have a riggers belt and add a war belt addition?
These are very very nice, They'd be very nice Marine Issue.
Dredd
@sootch00 VTAC Brokos belt only weighs 8 oz. Gotta watch the weight.
hey sootch, I have a question. I noticed that theres webbing on both sides, but one side has the molle sleeve over it. Do they sell those separate in case I want to make the whole thing molle? cuz sometimes I might want molle all around and sometimes the webbing.
what about for left handers? can you move the molle around to the other side so you can attach the kydex on the left side?
LOL, I like the cigar effect :)
Are you alright with that cigar at the end? nice video mate, looks like a top quality item
They got the Velcro the wrong way. If you look at competition shooting belts the hooks is on the outer belt while the soft side is on the inner belt. Because then you can wear just the inner belt and it is still comfortable, and does not collect al kinds of wool, fibers and dust.
so how would a blackhawk paddle holster mount on it if u still wanted to use that option?
To heck with the belt, what kind of cigar was that? LOL
is this the right hand or left hand one?
great review. keep up the good work.
awesome review
@sootch00 Do pistol mag pouches dig in to your side when you are crouching or bent over?
Hey @Sootch00 you still sportin this kind of belt? I just ordered one. Just wondering how its holding up. This review is what sold me on it. thanks
+419thmilitia howd it hold out, any problems? this video was sponsored
It does ok, the belt does slide thru the buckles some so you will be retightening them often so keep that in mind. I got the Cobra buckle too and the under belt. It stays in place and the shoulder harness buckles are plastic now too. Any other questions feel free to ask me.

how does the condor battle- belt compare ?
why is it better?
Sootch looks younger today
@RamBowMike you should look into the VTAC 5.11 BROKOS belt. It sound perfect for your setup.
I've been looking into these different Molle belts. I just need a good recommendation on holsters for a G19. Everything else I can find so it is really just the holster.
I LOVE that name!
top vid and reveiw sootch keep 'em coming, take care frm the Aussie TNPer's
Good review....can it be attach to a 511 rush 12, rush 24 or a covrt 18 backpacks?
What size is the belt in this video and what size is your waist if you don't mind answering
Awesome vid, thanks for the great info!
with a comment like that I assume you don't get along with most people...
Al in all I just didn't like what I saw.
can that belt shoot a grappling hook? If it can't which spoiler alert it can't batman's belt is way better.
Does it come with the inner belt or do you have to buy it separately?
does it come with 1 or 2 sleeves
very nice thanks for sharring
could I put leather holsters on one of these
@sootch00 How long did it take to get the belt?
good examination
Hey sootch, thanks for another great review. Haha! Nice stogie.
Thanks for the video - I'm learning a lot from your videos ^_^
Does it come in black?
HSGI SGPB. Video to the right.
ACobra- you buy the belts seperate & they ain't cheap. Nothing USGrunt Gear has is cheap or Battleboy
Ótimo cinto.
Pena que o vendedor não manda para o Brasil!
Excellent video lot of good info .
I just don't see a civilian use for this... seems high quality but to what end?? My chest rig works better, my rigger's belt holds holsters and mags well. how often will you utilize this? Well to each his own I guess.
what color is the battle belt from this video?
Damn, this looks pretty nice actually. Was thinking it would be some enormous useless piece of crap. Love your accent by the way! :D
Do they make them in multicam or ocp?
This or crye mrb I feel like crye will have better craftsmanship?
hey sootch00 I can't find this combo on the site (infidel war belt and contractors belt.... mind sending me a link.
