Coach Mike ik that wingspan helps with defense but can you give insight onto how low or high your center of gravity helps/hurts with your defensive game?
Low center of gravity is better for change of direction but an underrated aspect is also your core strength and how significant a weak core can shift your center of gravity and ruin your explosiveness.
@@beckembrown7002 There are none. From low you get up quicker and it means your knees are flexed allowing you to react quicker. Offensively, the same. You keep the dribble lower allowing for quicker response and change of direction, and you can release your shot faster as you don't have to load to shoot. You also can absorb more contact and maintain stability and control.
