Also i think covenantee is the servient tenement because he is lending a part of his land while covenantor is the dominant one because he is borrowing a part of land . Right?
If someone did something to drastically decrease the value of a property, then they sold the Life Estate to someone else, would the new "owner" of the Life Estate ( the new life tenant) be the one responsible to owe that?
How to make someone in charge of an estate? Is this some kind of will? Is it fair that their heir would pay the principal amount while the one in charge just pays the interest and enjoys the revenue?
