Shoot a video and upload it to your TH-cam channel. Maybe it will help someone else. And consider lubricating whatever deck bearings you don't replace. They're "sealed for life", but if you lube them, they will live a lot longer. Check out this video from sixtyfiveford: th-cam.com/video/9TXwfr1ydoU/w-d-xo.html

Thanks! An easy and inexpensive repair (around 40 bucks). The rumble in the deck is gone and it cuts great. - Clay

So the offset one goes on the tensioner side? I got a rebuild kit and something isn't right with mine. I may have to switch the pulleys cause I matched then up but the offset one was on the idler side

My little belt keeper keeps moving and catching the belt, eating it up. Dont know and cant find torque specs so far on these nuts

I only replaced a bad part. I can't vouch for the set-up. I CAN say it has worked fine since I did the repair. I don't have another mower to compare it to. Good luck! Clay.

Pull towards you not away from you. Easy way to do it

Sage advice! Pushin' on a ratchet is a bad move ... and I charge $10.00 extra for each skinned knuckle :^) - Clay.
