Me too. Thursday night, here on the fabulous North Coast of Northern Ireland. That boat is fantastic. What a find guys. I don't believe that I've ever seen a better maintained, older boat. This isn't merely a boat. It's a lifestyle. And so ruggedly built too. This is the antithesis of those tired old charter boats that have been flogged to death. You would want to hand this boat over to her next owner in ten or twenty years, in exactly the state you found her. Bravo! Mes amis. Bravo! ;)
Wow- Now THAT's elegant! Tour De Monde is a winner from every point. Seaworthy after 45 years (dry bilge? WOW!) Beautiful woodwork in any direction- I'm in love!
My girlfriend and I absolutely loved the look of that boat ... and the fact a lady has been living on it for 20 years just made it more appealing - when people live on a boat they either keep it nice or it goes to pot, and that boat was nicely kept. Sea Dog and Pond Pup (my girlfriend's suggestion for name for the little-un) seemed very at home on it, and I know we could be too. If someone wants to buy a disabled sailor and his lovely girlfriend a boat for Christmas we'll gladly have that one thanks :) Proof you don't have to spend millions to get a nice boat! All the best Captain (and Ran-Day) as we're loving your videos - they're the one channel we watch together, as soon as they come out! Have a great week fellahs :)
@@thatoceanvibe2058 You're welcome to any of the Captain's other great boats but there was something about this one we just fell in love with ... I've put a ticket on the lottery this weekend and if it comes up I'm buying that boat, first thing Monday morning :) There's nothing quite like a boat that's been lived in and loved, eh? It's the love that makes all the difference.

Just can't get enough of this superb vessel, would be perfect for my business. You have the best job Mr Q & Mr R, the highlight of my day is to sit with a coffee and enjoy watching you two having fun. Love it 👍🏴☠️🏴
A clear example of if a things worth doing its worth doing well.. it was built to stand North sea or the Med.. maintained and loved a little and she will outlast even a new boat....shes already kept her looks and integrity through two generations. Without enslaving her owner to constant refinishing.⛵💙
Great boat! I can say! I own the little sister Chassiron 38 an it's 8 year that give me nothing but joy! Down the biscay, through Gibraltar to Greece....just class
I choose to believe that Captain Q travels around with cases upon cases of Dinty Moore to every boat and leaves them behind afterwards as a calling card
At that price I am thinking it will sell quickly! It is a magnificent boat! I would buy it but then I would be able to sail on it for about 5 years and the money would be gone. What a fantastic 5 years would they be though!!! Thank you for this wonderful diamond amongst a handful of cubit zirconiums!!! Truly a beautiful vessel!!!

love this yacht. i believe that the lady who owns her treated the vindo like a lovely summer home. . life is too short- this boat is for the refined crew that will bring her to new ports with elegance and grace. cheers
Your channel is absolutely addicting - I have always been fairly simple and enjoy bilge keels for there ability to reach shallow bays for snorkeling! But I have to admit a few of the old girls you have shown are definitely mesmerizing in there beauty. A true siren making any man loose there focus!
Amazingly beautiful boat! Priced decently as well. If it were closer to me I’d be all over it. The current owner has taken great care of it. Thanks for the tour Cap’n & Rand-eye.
Great Episode Captain Q, Ran-day, Sea Dog and Schatz. I thoroughly enjoyed this episode especially Ran-Days Bridesmaid veil and his excellent videography skills. Tres bien. Bon nuit et dormi bien!
Lovely wooden yacht! Ever since I bought mine, I can't help but appreciate and fawn over well maintained wood! I also relate to Raven's owner, also living aboard my vessel and I plan to keep doing so, hopefully for that long.
After seeing the Swedish boat and now this French one it's easy to see that they know how to build a beautiful strong boat.. that wall that had the open holes would look wonderful if you put stained glass in them.. perhaps a lighthouse scene and something else with a nautical theme
I would enjoy a French 75 with the Captain of Raven! I imagine some great stories of provisioning in St. Pierre and Miquelon and the shores she has has seen aboard that beautiful and warm craft. A tip of the chapeau to you Captain Q and Ran-Day for sharing such a unique beauty!
Hello Captain Q and Randayyy! Beyond in love with this boat. I think I told you that in person in Annapolis as well! Thank you for putting out amazing content week after week. Favorite channel on TH-cam!
Nice job Captain and Ran-Day! Fantastic old boat in stellar condition. It pleases me to see an owner take such good care of her as a live aboard when quite often that is not the case. She has been on YW far too long, hopefully the price reduction will help move her along.
I am surprised you got SeaDog to leave that boat. What a beautiful boat, and what in my mind would have made it really shine would have been a butterfly hatch. Alas, I cannot afford a boat like that yet..something about that working for a living thing, still. Also, Captain, you gave me a little more lesson, by stating that you raise the aft sails first when preparing to get underway, rather than the fore sails...

Beautiful boat! Thank you for all the nice comments about my Vindo. Keep them coming!
The below deck really did look like a small well laid out apartment. Beautifully laid out and nothing beats good wood workmanship. Good episode.
I'm glad to see little Seabiscuit is still hanging out with you and Sea Dog and getting into stuff!
Captain, I'm in love! Randay is right, spectacular is the only word that truly does this beautiful boat justice.
What a beautiful home she makes! I’ll bet the owner has had many fine dinners with appreciative friends. Elegant.
This is the boat I would buy. Such a unique beautiful boat, loved and maintained. I hope she finds worthy owners.
