  • STOP Forgetting What You Study WITH THESE PROVEN TECHNIQUES
    In this video we reveal essential strategies for improving your ability to remember information and boost your learning efficiency. Whether you’re a student, professional, or lifelong learner, understanding how to study effectively can be life-changing, transforming your approach to learning and helping you retain crucial information for exams, presentations, or personal growth.
    We explore science-backed learning strategies that have helped millions worldwide strengthen their memory and optimize study sessions. Instead of traditional rote memorization, these study methods emphasize active recall, spaced repetition, and multi-sensory learning to ensure that you engage with material in a meaningful way. If you’ve struggled with remembering what you study or felt overwhelmed by the volume of information, this video walks you through techniques that can be adapted for any topic or subject.
    From implementing techniques such as the Feynman Technique, a method that makes complex topics easy to understand by explaining them in simple terms, to discovering the power of spaced repetition for retaining concepts long-term, you’ll gain insight into highly effective learning strategies used by top students and professionals alike. Additionally, we cover how to study using retrieval practice, a technique where you test yourself on information you’ve learned, reinforcing neural pathways and improving recall.
    These study methods are supported by cognitive science, ensuring that you’re not just passively reviewing information but actively engaging with it in ways proven to make knowledge stick. Alongside strategies like interleaved practice, which involves mixing different subjects or topics within study sessions, and dual coding, where you use visuals alongside text to deepen understanding, we’ll help you build a toolkit of techniques that can be customized to your personal learning style.
    No matter your academic level or field, this video provides a comprehensive guide on how to study smarter, not harder. With detailed examples, actionable tips, and practical exercises, this video empowers you to apply these techniques immediately and witness results. So, if you're ready to unlock the full potential of your mind and say goodbye to forgetting what you study, tune in to learn about these innovative and effective learning strategies. 1. SQ3R (survey, question, read, recite, review)
    2. feymen's technique ( take topic ---> study it ---> explain it)
    3. spaced repetition (learn it slowly with time gaps) + study today next study tomorrow next after 3 days and atlast after 7 days ( it's quite confusing i know)
    Timestaps if you want to watch:
    SQ3R 1:37
    feynman's technique 2:44
    spaced repetition 3:34
