Agree, that's really been the challenge overall. Although it will probably never catch up to what it was, hopefully the wages will catch up to housing some as the housing market has slowed down a bit.

If Green Bay is #1 again they may have to rethink their scoring, that was a joke.
Raleigh has been named top 5 a supernova city along with Austin and Nashville but I’m not too sure if it will keep up with the other cities in the next couple of years but the census is expecting Raleigh’s population to grow to about 600k by 2030 but we will see. In my opinion, I think Raleigh needs to change the way it grows and start building up. It’s running out of room.
It's definitely running out of room. The 2023 Downtown Raleigh Growth Plan does show quite a few high rises going up in Downtown Raleigh so there is some planned upward building in the works.
We have the best nightlife district in the State ! Charlotte nightlife sucks for a city of this size, WE HAVE TO STOP PUTTING THIS STEREOTYPE OUT THERE SMH !
