This is my reasoning: governments and companies will tell their office employees to work from home offices, which would lower rent companies have to pay to operate. The increased awareness of climate change, even with EVs, will cause people to limit their vehicular travel to luxuries. Almost everything will be bought online and delivered to the customers. If a person wants to view something from a great height, they'll use drones.

Yes, I live in Greater Manchester, interesting enough, I believe that there are no hight restrictions for buildings in Manchester , probably because the airport is to the south west of the city and the flight path of aircraft coming and going doesn't go over the city. Foundations have to be considered, however, as the higher the building the deeper the foundations have to be - especially if the ground underneath is 'soft' eg clay or chalk. I'd love to see a 1000ft skyscraper in Manchester and it may well happen...

The problem is that the health service is not able to cope with the demand as it is so the public will have a problem getting to see a doctor let alone be treated. How many new doctors will be working in the area and how many new hospitals are being built?
@@maxdavis7722 Sorry, you're smart, I didn't know that skyscrapers do not need medical treatment, I naturally assumed that if there are more and more skyscrapers then this increase in the number of skyscrapers will need an additional supply of doctors, nurses, hospitals so that if these skyscrapers should fall ill then they wouldn't have to wait in third world wards in trolleys for days and days before they can see a doctor to be treated.
