On smart bottoms or in general? I have made a video on delaminated diapers th-cam.com/video/7VhHQH8-UMY/w-d-xo.html You could fix it by deconstructing the whole diaper, sewing a layer of PUL ontop and then reconstructing the diaper together again. I show a few ways to still use a delaminated diaper if you have to
Yes these diapers are sure buttery soft. I do like that. My main drag on these is dry time. (I line dry, And i dont want to put in dryer because I dont want to wear out elastic) i am not complaining about this brand particularly, but any a.i.o. feels takes forever to dry. I do have blueberry brand similar to this design but blueberry has the birdseye cotton inside.. and I do prefer these smart bottoms over the blueberry because after hang drying at least these still keep seemingly soft therefore, seems more comfortable for baby.
Edgewear generally doesn’t effect anything. Holes however 🤔 id assume that effects the absorbing capacity because there’s a hole where absorbency should be lol. But idk, those are just my initial thoughts 😂🙈 makes sense in my head but I’m also open to hearing what others think about it too!
Same here. I tried and AIO on my nephew. I honestly didnt like it at all. I tried adding half a flat in it and it still wasnt working for me. The fit was off the bulk was to much and he still was peeing threw it I tried so much with it.
I know they’ve been going through bad batches of pul lately. However, these just aren’t that absorbent in the first place... which is sad because these are so pricey 😬
I love how trim these are and the prints! But the edgewear and the absorbency makes it not worth it. I still like to use them when going out bcs of the trimness, I just have to boost it.
I have the 3.1. I hate it. It's long yet narrow in the crotch. I have two in cloth and the fit didn't work for either of them lol. I only paid $14 for it new fortunately but it still felt like too much.
Is there a way to fix delaminated PUL or TPU??

Is the dream diaper ready to use because Smart Bottoms preps it before selling?
Yes! From my understanding the fabric is pre-prepped
Does edgewear/ holes effect the absorbency or is it just a cosmetic issue?

I just can't get behind the price point of AIO's, I like being able to play around with absorbancy for my flats and prefolds 🤷🏼♀️

Yes ❤️ That’s why I love flats and Prefold so much!
How is the blue print called?
I purchased one pre loved. I have never successfully used this diaper. It ALWAYS leaks.

Makes sense!
I can't bring myself to pay for AIO diapers. Oof! Love me some cheap pocket diapers, and diaper covers.
Yesss! 💜👌
After diapering a few babies I think covers & pockets are just as good because of price and because you can adjust the absorbency

I agree 👏🏼

It makes a lot of sense to snap the insert in.
It wasn't absorbent enough for me.
I wonder if I have an older version, my 3.1 is darker (insert and interior), and there's no pocket. 🤔
The 3.1 print is so so pretty oh no I need to stop myself 🙈🙈🙈
The absorbency is really suck.... when add their 4 layers hemp insert and microfiber on top in make it really big....
30$ heck no I can get 5 diapers for 30$ nope! Nope! Nope!
