Can I control the equalizer and volume for both EV8 speakers in the application at input 1 Simultaneously with one slider? If I buy 2xEverse 8, can I adjust the AUX output volume in the app? I would like to control the AUX volume to a third-party subwoofer.
Many thanks, I try to have an answer about the BAL button under channel 3 when we use 2 everse8 paired in stereo… after selecting the L or R speaker I don’t understand why the is this setting of BAL for each one. And the strange thing is that it’s set to Center and when you try to Bal 100% L for the Left speaker (same thing for the R one) you lose the sound. … I really don’t understand this setting of BAL for the channel 3 in stereo setup… many thanks if there is someone that can help me. Hi many thanks for this video I have a karaoke setup using the XR18 Interface with two EV15’s also the Waves LV1 from my laptop… Can I connect to these speakers via blue tooth from my laptop? And are they responsive? Lastly would they replace the sound of my EV15’s… ?
In an indoor venue with more than 100 people, the speaker far away from you is very easy to disconnect and cannot be controlled after about ten meters. Frequent attempts to reconnect will be required. For the Bluetooth speakers I know, the official recommendation is to be within 9 meters (such as Bose s1 pro)
Hello again. I live in Russia. There is no one to ask. The battery life of my Everse 8 outdoors while using all three channels simultaneously: microphone, guitar, soundtracks at maximum volume is less than 3 hours. Does anyone have such a result? At the same time, at home, when music is played over a single Bluetooth channel with the usual volume for a living area of 28 square meters and a sound pressure of about 80 dB, according to the noise meter mobile application, the result was obtained at 17 o'clock. I have been checking this on a timer for several days. Are 6 hours at 121 dB and 12 hours at 95 dB indicated in the passport for one channel or for all three? Thank you.
No. Bluetooth function on these Is basically useless. Only good for playing music from a Bluetooth playback device. "Mix" is or other inputs are NOT wirelessly transmitted from one speaker to the other.

Gracias
At that point, you run the whole thing mono for the easiest setup. Takes a minute to get it all balanced . Then you just adjust the whole system from the primary speaker volume. When you push the main out it will also push uo the input on the secondary. Effectively making a single slide volume adjustment. The "Mix" is ran on the primary speaker. The second will just be used as a dumb powered speaker. Making you question why ya spent 750 on a second everse with features you won't be using:/. But im anal retentive, so they have to match:/
@BirdseyeVu sounds like a feedback loop nightmare. I wouldn't try it. I would limit it two one being the master, and the other the secondary. Use the mxer on speaker A. Then line out xlr to speaker B. The onky tricky part was getting the volume matched. Honestly, i would get a small mixer if you're gigging
I just bought a pair. I can get audio music to come out both speakers as stereo. But the microphone is only coming out of the speaker the mic is plugged into. Very frustrating and disappointing. I can figure out how to fix this. Does anyone know how to get microphone to come out of both paired speakers?
I think it only plays through both with audio. Otherwise you could get a cheap wireless transmitter for 80$ and go out to the other speaker. It’s what I did
It's a shame that when you wirelessly link the two speakers and want to turn down or mute the volume from your ceremony microphone, the linked speaker does not change its volume with the first one. You have to tap over to the other speaker on the app and then mute it separately
Hey, how do you like this speaker for ceremonies? Was thinking of getting a pair for ceremonies and cocktail hour. Are you using Bluetooth for the music or going direct via hardwire?
@@michaels3539 ya know, I really like these speakers for ceremonies. Light weight, power out, Bluetooth, and link to another speaker. 400 watts and a wide throw. Clean sound also!
Through the bluetooth signal you are only able to link 2 speakers together due to the limitations of bluetooth technology. You can daisy chain multiple via XLR audio cable.
@NLFXpro not really as the sigal does pass though "clean" the out is down mixed each link, so you lose a lot of gain on each step trying to keep the sound balanced. You'll see what i mean when you try and balance the sound with just 2:/
Will the mic connected in input 1 sound through both speakers?
No

Have you tested to see how far you can separate them before you loose Bluetooth signal
Following. My question as well.
Its pretty far, i saw a guy doing this in a yard. They were at least 60 ft apart, BUT. This is only handy if you are ONLY playing bluetooth music.

I'm a solo perfromer and I would like to link the 2 together for live performances. Will this work for my needs?

What about pairing 3 together. I can’t figure it out
When linked, does the mic1 input audio on one speaker get transmitted over to the other speaker?
was going to ask this as well
@@TheDjelements it does NOT. You must run an xlr from the primary to the secondary. I have 2 and sorted that out this week.

I've been wondering the same thing and it sounds like a deal breaker for someone doing acoustic / vocal gigging vs DJ'ing

I meant only plays audio with Bluetooth when linking them. Anything you plug in will only play through one unless you do what I just said
those wireless transmitters usually sount terrible @@izzyduzzit00
Gotta run an xlr out of primary ti secondary
Can you link 4 speakers?
no only 2

I'd love to know another solution without having to link the speakers with an xlr cable
I think I found one. I just ordered an inline passive xlr volume control knob to go in-between the mic receiver and the first speaker
