The way you play the Irish music through your drone footage is superb....oh you won't miss the sheep😂😂....hope you enjoyed your time our country....keep posting videos and .... stay safe 🏍️
Happy new year.i’ve just this week come across your videos and I’ve got to say they are exceptional.ive just binged watched them all and i now can’t wait for whatever else you post.Loving the Ireland ones especially so as I’m off there in June for 14 days doing as much of the w.a.w as I can,so thank you for the excellent footage of that and all the best for the future
Happy new year Evora 🎉 started following you when you were still in Spain so I was so excited to see you were in Ireland, I’ve really enjoyed your videos 👍 looking forward to some new adventures.
There's a great cultural centre in the area you passed through, oideas gael, provides summer irish language courses, environmental awareness courses and much more besides. Love the videos
Ah you must of ridden by my house, a few kilometres before Doe Castle. Glad you enjoyed this part of Ireland. And the weather wasn't too bad for you either. And Happy New Year, safe travels.
I'm glad you caught Donegal in good weather, though it still looks good cloacked in mist or with dramatic rain showers drifting across the landscape, it certainly makes it much more challenging to enjoy when you have no cover from it. It's a pity that map doesn't hug the coast from Malin beag to burton port or go up through cloghglass, cruit island or carrickfinn, many stunning spots and much of it would get considerably better weather than farther inland. And sooo many beaches, IMO Donegal has the best coastline in Ireland, Kerry has better mountains, Wicklow has better forrests, Leitrim for lakes, canals and waterways
@@travelwithevora The map you show at the end stay on the main road, there is some amazing scenery if you took the coast rd past Arrancara waterfalls into Ardarra, then going past lettermacaward, dungloe and on around the N56, all the little side roads that loop closer to the sea are pretty amazing in their own ways. If you like places with no or few people, much of these are deserted most of the time though popular in the summer. (Dooey and marameelan and around to falmore and the sea arch at crohy head and down into maghery are generally pretty deserted bar good weather in the summer) It's impossible to see everything in one trip though.. just means you have an excuse to do it again but take the roads you didn't the last time. 😁 I know it's true for the west and NW of donegal and am pretty sure everywhere will have similar hidden gems.
As they say in Bavaria Gruss Gott! (Sorry I dont have an umlaut on my English language keyboard) I am really glad you posted this video on New Years Eve. I am watching this video drinking a cold Irish stout! I have been really enjoying this series of videos. I hope you have a happy new year. Thank you for the videos. They have been all excellent viewing.
Thank you ☺️ well that's hard to tell.. You would have to compare using fixed benchmarks - I like places that are less crowded, for example. Let's put it this way - I find Cliffs of Moher, for example, a bit too crowded and a bit too pricey for what you get, Downpatric is a more special place. Many places have something that simply sets them apart. Malin Beg, for example, was just unbelievably empty - and the colour of the water was gigantic. In the south it's a bit more driving and you're not at the water as often, but any criticism would be whinging on a high level. All in all, Ireland is just so incredible. I rode part of the NC 500 in Scotland afterwards... it's somehow not comparable (or I did something wrong) ... but you're always ages away from the coast and the roads are all super straight. But if I had to choose one place it would be Blasket Island, well of course I was spoilt by the weather. But you have everything there - incredible cliffs, a beach with seals (that alone :D), ruins, peace and then the experience of travelling there in this little inflatable boat. That was one of the best experiences ever :)
@@travelwithevora You must have missed the best part of the NC500, because the coastline from Applecross up the west coast is every bit as twisty as anywhere here in Ireland. I live in Ireland and Scotland, best of both worlds. Saw dolphins at the beach in Carrickfinn, Donegal today. Donegal is rugged, but I do miss forests, mountains and green fields. I have also done the W.A.W on motorcycle and the NC500. (video footage on my channel. Shameless plug) Happy New Year.

Which map do you mean? I drove from Malin Beg to Burton Port and also to Carrickfinn.
Yes, the Donegal coast really is breathtaking.
