I like that box you built upfront, thanks for the idea.

I love the rack and front counter weight, I wonder if pallet forks on the back and some big crates that you didn’t have to unload and stack would be better than the double handling? But it’s easy for me to critique when sitting here in my armchair in England. For a one man operation that’s a sweet set up.

Marcus actually a few years back I was thinking of making a modular racking system that would fit the 3 point and hold a rack of wood just as I have it on my tractor. Just ran out of time and energy and kinda forgot about it. But loading and unloading this rack is pretty easy and quick whether it be dumping or unloading by hand.

Great! I like that setup! You can work at level without bending much. I've bought some material to make a hydraulic top link... I guess it's going to be a project soon!

From Steel To Wood a hyd. Top link should be a standard along with a quick hitch nowadays on new tractors. They along with a 3 point quick hitch have completely revolutionize the 3 point hitch. The forks I modified to work on the 3 point are a PIA to hook up without the 3 point quick hitch.

Pretty sweet, been thinking about building one myself for bringing rounds out of the woods.load in the bucket and load on the back,my property is far too steep and gnarly to take splitter back so I'm forced to haul out then split

Thanks. Yeah after years of reaching over/in a trailer or truck box and having to keep up another set of tires and making two trips to bring splitter I thought there has to be a better way. Only improvement I thought of doing was to make a modular rack system. Hook up take to woods fill them drop off in the shed and unload as I burn the wood up. One less time handling the wood.

Hi! Another great idea, looks really handy.
... many may laugh about your toilet paper in the tool box. But that's for sure. You will miss it like a first aid kit if you are out in the woods and don't have it, if you need it :-))

Outside with Scheib I for sure thought you would fab up my drawbar hitch bracket. That’s a quick simple fabrication. It’s one of the the other vids.

When you’re in nature and nature calls, I would rather not have to use nature
