@Colton Hi there! Apologies for the very late response. If you're still considering working there, then you should be able to work at the age of 14. It depends on what store they will hire you on. Where I work, our minimum age to work here is at 15 and must bring a guardian to sign the papers with you.
If you are a teenager looking for a job, don't act like a teenager. Managers at minimum wage jobs are swimming through a sea of idiots whose best answer to *"why do you want this job?"* is "paycheck." All they want out of the person is for them to show up on time, stand up straight, sober, and somewhat cheery, and do the job.
hi, so i’m 14 years old and i am looking to possibly get a summer job if quarantine over by then, and since baskin robins is one of the few places that hires people my age. i know that being young probably gives me a disadvantage, especially having no job experience and i have a few questions ahaha so for the one about having certain strengths, how would be a way to back it up if i have no prior job experience? i’m also curious to know if the questions they give vary on your age or not, and i don’t know if you know the answer to that one but i’m just wondering if i’m just wanting this for a summer job, would they be likely to ask about the where do you see yourself in 5 years, and how would i be to answer that if i just wanted a summer job? if you are able to get back to me that would be great, and if you don’t, don’t worry about it, i appreciate this video :))
I’m 14 and I’m on the same boat! From what I heard is that they might not ask any of these questions at all. They just want you to be yourself and they’ll see you’re good personality and want to hire you. I hope we can both get a job 😂. Good luck!!!
I was having the same problem, I downloaded the baskin Robbins application form and printed it, then you can bring it to the store in person or if you can’t find anything I would just go talk to them at a BR location

Yeah do you actually hire 14 y/os? Do you turn them down? Do you even ask for our age and is that pay in a check?
@@scltxn you would have to say your age, I'm 14 and I just applied but it depends on what franchise it is. Also check your states legal working age
