WOW Alex, you continue to knock things out of the park. Your eye for finding stunning homes at great prices is 2nd to none. This is an outstanding Townhouse. I love the mix of character features gently woven with modern touches like that one of a kind entrance door, amazing kitchen and superb terrace. I am still several months out from my retirement - but ideas I have for this townhome would be to expose the barrel vaulted ceiling in the lounge and lighten up the paint colors. Simply spectacular and within my price range, I think anyone should feel lucky to work with Alex at Norton Tanzarella Agency.
Oh wow! Thank you so much for your words of encouragement! So glad you are enjoying the tours. A lot of work goes into them, one thing you don’t see are all the properties we don’t take on as we feel they don’t make the cut! In fact the harder part really is finding the good ones! Thank you again for your feedback! Really appreciate it!
Great size, nothing that needs to be done, ready to move into! Think of waking up and having a coffee with that view. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, this is the one!
It seems so dark inside. Is it really because not all the lights were on or because there could be more lighting needed. Being older, being able to see in there would be important, especially with those little one step up areas etc. Very nicely done.
Lovely home...EXCEPT...for that patently dangerous landing at the top of the stairs, in front of the bathroom. An accident just waiting to happen, clearly.
NO AC??? And, that stair situation is a death trap. Needs reconfiguring. Take that bath out and make an opening in the bedroom wall for a closet dressing room there, or the laundry room would be great there and would eliminate that HUGE trip hazard/death trap. Then put a bath down in that storage room, or in the extended kitchen area as it would be big enough for a half bath, or in the bonus room. There were so many other GOOD options for the bathroom. The stairs, bathroom situation makes it a big NO for me. Its a shame because I love the space and it must be fairly close to the sea which I'm looking for. At 170,000 no money for the remodeling.
Couldn't see a thing in that entry, just blackness. Needs a half bath on the main living floor so you don't have to go up and down constantly. There certainly is room to ad one, but then the costs and mess of putting it in. Too bad they chose so much shiny black which shows EVERYTHING. Very pretty to look at and spacious, but not practical for a person who cooks a lot. Couldn't see the town on the map and no info about amenities, I'm guessing there are none and nothing close by. The terrace is great and I do LOVE the openness! Thanks for the tour
This is a nicely redone oddly configured place. Though the main floor looks very nice, with no option for a bathroom, you will be sending guests up into your private space. And if one of them trips coming out of that extremely dicey bathroom and falls down the stairs? Also, not a fan of no door on room with the toilet both for privacy and as odors could be an issue.
I expected 250 to 300 for the work they put in, so 170 asking is a bargain. If you made that room downstairs into a bedroom, you might want to wall off the master especially since the ensuite is so open and the other bath is right at the top of the stairs or maybe put an ensuite into the downstairs bedroom. I love this place!
This home is gorgeous!
Personally more into puglia and the lifestyle there but this is a great property, nice video as always!
Thank you! Nice to be able to show you all something different every now and then!
Beautiful home

Beautiful ❤
Thank you!
Beautiful property!
Thank you!
My goodness this is priced well and beautiful. It would be good to include what amenities, restaurants, shopping is nearby
Nice space. A bit over renovated maybe. But a great space 👍

@ it’s very nice. They may have done a bit too much to modernize it though. Has a vibe of a New York City condo
meravigliosa voglio comprare!
Grazie! 😊
Great drone work in the first shot
Glad you appreciated it! Such a great tool to show you the location!
A bit dark, but lovely space and views! 😍
The sun was setting, it isn’t a dark property
@@nortontanzarella9857 Bathroom and kitchen have dark/black walls and cupboards, but yes otherwise it has sufficient light.

It’s really isn’t dark, it’s just the time of the day that we did the filming!
Oh the views!!
Right! I just want to wake up there and have a coffee on that terrace!

Thank you for your feedback! We realize it won’t be for everyone, but we think it could be perfect for a couple looking for some peace and quiet!
I like it. A couple of small changes and it would be great!

Thank you for your feedback. You have restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It is a very small town but there are other towns a short drive away.

Thank you for your feedback! We understand, valid points indeed!
nice place overpriced for the area
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
@@nortontanzarella9857 It's not overpriced at all. The area is awesome. THX.
Very expensive, lots of cheap properties in Abruzzo.
It’s not for everyone but thank you for sharing your thoughts
Not for the size & finishes.

Love this home and the refinishing. Is it furnished? Especially the kitchen???
