Nice sled box looks good! Maybe I would add a 12v plug near the box so you could plug in the aerator if needed .
You can always add a bungee strap to the eyebolt and you are wooden box to go over the top of the cooler. And you can always make something for your ice scoop on the outside that always comes in handy. Nice job on the box and beautiful sled. Stay safe my friend

A clip for a rag would be a sick addition
Right on the front of the box facing the back of the rider so that you can get to it from both sides

wicked cool idea man!! i'd say kinda like how joe holland went with an ax mount, maybe do the same thing except with a shovel? never know when you might need one, and looks like there's decent space for it!

great video. your are a pretty handy lad! i have an expedition sport with the 600 efi but if i was you i would puy the high windshield on man . keep yourself warm lol!! i have a short windshield like you and i used it once. man that was cold !!

I’ve seen people run the skidoo linq cooler as a bait bucket, clips right into the linq slots but its definitely not the cheapest option out there. Check out the live wells they have for the seadoos

You are one slick dude... I'm subscribed. I've run an Expedition LE 900 ACE last four winters. Many trips to Canada and crap load of ice camping here in Vilas County WI. Never let me down and always started first time no-matter the cold. I'm gonna (TRY) and build me that box Mr. Whisperer! Only thing I'd add is a rubber matted bottom. REF that metal piece of junk Skidoo sells. Doesn't look practical at all. They could of at least built up the sides all the way up to top of the cargo box then, yeah, maybe. But thanks. And enjoy the season. I'll be watching.

Keep an eye out on those turn buckles. They have tendency to loosen up. I went to a different clinching system.
Figured I would try them and switch to a strap if they don’t work

No. I put LED headlights on it and they are suuuuper bright
@@mainetroutwhisperer what bulbs did u use? Bought expedition for this season too, but really hate the yellow light (just like I had on 2007 yamaha snowmobile)

No idea. I can tell you it’s fast. 20” wide track with studs… 180hp…she gets up and goes
yeah throw 4 rod holders onto that thang! 2 on each side. Then you don't have to haul a sled at all.
