Very cool set of modules. I've heard of the Angle Grinder, but didn't actually know what it did. They just need a cool little modulator module, and it's quite a cool small system.
Indeed Eric came up with awesome designs. He does now have a great function generator + VCA module called the Boundary, check it out here: th-cam.com/video/WRbpAidx06Y/w-d-xo.html
Really like Angle Grinder in so many ways. Two things holding me back from replacing my Filter 8 with it: It is kinda large and I haven't heard anyone using it in more mellow ambient music - can it do anything "warm" or "mellow" but of course with the added possibilities of the harmonics it can add so it isn't "boring mellow" of you get what I mean. What is your experince?
It can be easy going if you decide to for sure, that's what I like about most of the Schlappi designs: even tho it's easy to go full harsh noise, it's not hard to have those to behave nicely.
@@Stazma oh that's really nice to hear! Still would love to hear it, but I guess I would just need to get it :p I also like Boundary but I can only have either Angle Grinder or Boundary - the main purpose being filtering or as an oscillator voice. Which one do you prefer (I presume you have gotten Boundary since this video :))
@@Jonassonk If you're after filtering the Angle Grinder is the way to go. Even tho the Boudary can act as a filter it is very limited in that particular aplication.
@@Jonassonk In my experience, with Shclappi modules, you can get pretty much anything from slow and beautiful to all out chaos. The build quality is superb as well. +1 for Angle Grinder as a filter. I tend to use it 50/50 as filter snd oscillator.
Eric Schlappi is making some of the most intriguing modules. Great overview.
Thanks sir and yes Eric is a mastermind
Hope to see some glitchy stuff with the interstellar Radio .
Lovely Noise.❤️✌️
Thanks man ;-)

Ah oui quand même !!!
Si tu prends les schllapi pour les formations ça va s’appeler les claques buissonnières !!!
Un peu que je vais les prendre !
