Facts it’s kind of nice seeing this happen because they always skip over that type of stuff in comics. Batman could have easily killed someone on accident

It's explained in Charles Soule's run. Matt Murdock got the law changed to allow costumed vigilantes to be held accountable for their actions, separate from their secret identities. Therefore allowing them to protect their families while facing lawsuits or criminal charges.

I have loved this Chip Zdarsky run of Daredevil. Matt totally dropped the mic when he called Elektra out, and told her to prove she wants to fight for good. This is next level storytelling in comics. Plus Chechettos artwork is the artistic Yin to the writings Yang. This is why I love comics!
not really next level storywriting. Heroes getting replaced by a more woke representative has been happening a lot recently.

As a long time Daredevil fan as soon as I read issue 25 of this run I said to myself I should've seen this coming. Also for the "fake fans" whining about it seriously you guys aren't real fans of the character I mean you didn't complain when Black Panther, and Iron Fist each took over the Daredevil mantel for a while but you're now complaining that Elektra one of Matt's longest, and most trusted allies was given the mantel by Matt himself while he's in jail meaning there's a chance she gives it back to him after his name is cleared and he's a free man, heck if he was going to give a girl the DD mantel it was either going to be Elektra or his protégé Echo. Seriously this is the complaints over Betsy Braddock finally getting a proper run as Captain Britain thing all over again.

Not the hugest daredevil fan, but I absolutely love Matt taking the bullet and going to prison. Its an awesome move and I love the deal that he can still wear his mask while in prison. I'm interested to see where this story goes and hope Variant can break it down along the way

History of the daredevil
Does Elektra make a great Daredevil? Is she taking on the mantle of Daredevil similar to Falcon and Winter Soldier taking on the mantle of Captain America?
Uh sounds like it's possibly be going to be a limited time thing meaning there's a chance she gives Matt back the mantle after he gets out of jail and gets his life back together. As for being a great Daredevil well the only reason why she got the mantle was because Matt trusts her and Matt is well aware of the whole killing bad guys thing and probably suspects she's going to kill some bad guys as a method of last resort.
So I wonder if because she says only one of them can survive Elektra is going to sacrifice herself to save Matt Murdock which at the end will totally convince Matt that she has turned a new leaf but only because of her death and that's why Matt Murdock didn't trust Electra when she came in because there was an ulterior motive and she kind of was lying and Matt can sense those things but it was lying for the greater goodSo she's going to sacrifice herself and Matt Murdock will be like see you were just using me and then she's going to be like yes I did use you and manipulate you but I did it out of love
So she becomes daredevil eh what happened to that inhuman character that was introduced?

Electra as Daredevil is a dope idea. Electra is drawn sexy! She is not drawn sexy as Daredevil. The baggy lose costume makes her look skinny. She looks like a crackhead.
