Exactly you can't trust anyone you work with or for even the most friendliest people relationships you see in nursing is based on a facade...most nurses group up bc they realize its better to be in a clique just in case they need a lifeline to get out of trouble... myself I just do my job and go home...you know I'm the one they always seem to pick on and harass nursing isn't about helping ppl get better it's about politics and money
I'm struggling with the fact that some days I feel as though what I'm doing is the work of the 😈 and then other days I say if I'm not here they have no one. 😢
The entire health care industry is about "politics and money". I work for a hospital in Atlanta. I haven't had a raise in approximately 3 to 4 years, yet my workload continues to increase.
Same thing happened to me!! My agency paid me late 3 TIMES and the third time, I told him that if I had not received my pay by midnight, I would not be at my morning shift the next day. I didn’t get paid so I never showed up and he fired me only to call me to ask me if I could take shifts 2 weeks later. Nursing is ghetto ! Sorry this happened but I’m happy you stood up for yourself. These facilities think they can just play in anyone’s face but what they don’t realize is, EVERYWHERE has a shortage which means, they need us more than we need them. We could get another job by the next day fr fr lol. Great video!

Finally someone that speaks the truth on these nursing homes and that’s why they are always short staffed they act like they can’t afford to constantly pay people cutting hours and allowing the staff to work short handed and it’s a buddy system it’s awful for the amount of care that’s supposed to be given due to short staffing

I was in the hospital for five weeks have four surgeries, and I was scared of all the nurses and doctors. All of them was evil. All of them had evil intense. I was scared they was gonna kill me. I had to call my family every day and let them know that I love myself that I am not suicidal.
You’re right…these places are getting by on the minimum and that’s why they keep cutting corners, running short staffed…and not offering wages that are up to par to keep staff
I don’t think it’s hatred regarding drake. It’s about right and wrong. Drake has been doing some foul things including supposedly having people unalived. 🤷🏽♀️ people on the industry especially have been doing WRONG for a long time and just walking around free and able to continue doing evil. right now…..in these times….it’s about right and wrong. Good and evil. Period. I guess people don’t see the times that we are currently in. Pay attention is all I have to say.
Remember nursing is a stepping stone, you should be flipping your degree into a business when you make your own hours
