It's another time I realise, although I already know, that Hendrix was THE guitar god. You did a really great job on this. Respect.

Obviously the original is iconic but to nail it perfectly you need to shift timing and make sure the guitar is out of tune. Jimi didn't keep time well on his and he played it prettier with strings off because he played the feeling not the notes properly. It's a feeling. I'm proud of you for a great effort!

Thank you! Unfortunately l dont think that book exists unless it would be very recent. Jimi did a lot shows and it takes quite some work and dedication writing the music down.. but there are business reasons too.

They could never have put Hendrix in a studio with a click track. Never would have happened He speeds up & slows down all over the place in many tunes Jimi was a different animal musically. You did pretty good with such short practice.✌

Haha thanks Jerry, it was a bit messy but after a little while I realized better leave it like that fpr now. What is the point to do the most perfect in that very frerstyle. Also sometimes its good to let it sit and have your mind on different things. Appreciate your following!!

I agree too, very often the music is much more alive when the tempo changes. And it s not because he cant maintain a steady tempo but for artistic reasons and better groove.

I take note ok. Thanks for suscribing. I just took a little break but i ll come back soon with perhaps a new formula, a little backing track i ll record to add more depth. I find myself nowadays bulking in the streets or parks or jamming with people.
