Nicole, I watch so many TH-cam cooking shows and Food Network, too. You are BY FAR my very favorite presenter!! So fun, so informative and you make all the recipes looks easy and delicious!! One criticism.....we can't taste them!! 😂🥰
The new format is a winner! Not just recipes, but demonstrating techniques as well, and done in a step-by-step manner with "This is why you do this step..." asides. This is time well spent.
I LOVE deep dish Pizza Hut Pizza with the Olive Oil flavor on the bottom.of the crust!!! IAnd I always eat my Deep Dish Pizza crust!!!! Love the crunchy soft airy crust!!!! Yummo!!! Now I can make Pizza Hut Deep Dish Pizza at home!!!! Thank you SO much for this recipe!!!!!
You are a beautiful person inside and out. I’m 83 and recently lost my wife. I’m a none kitchen person who is learning to cook. I’m lazy always looking for the easy way. Can this dough be put together in my bread machine? My wife a great cook wouldn’t use these new appliances when I bought them for her but I’m going to use them. I miss her.
I don’t have a cast-iron skillet that will fit in my oven, it is a really huge cast-iron skillet! Can I use another kind of pan or possibly a cookie sheet? Love your recipes Nicole you’re my favorite!
Frying the dough in cast iron and taking cheese to the edge makes this more like Detroit style than pan style. Dei Fratelli makes a good pizza sauce. I use that and you can adjust seasoning if you want. Saves you from using a watery can of crushed tomatoes. Also, just weigh your flour. It's foolproof. Takes the guesswork out and the crust is always consistent. Whole milk gives better flavor than part skim. Glad that you shredded your own cheese.
I worked for Pizza Rut back when the Taco Pizza was hot and Pan Pizza came out. We made large batches in a Hobart so the dough did get some working but I wouldn't call it kneading. Divvied the dough up into pan-sized portions, shaped it and placed it in pre-oiled (lots of oil, you're frying the crust) carbon-steel pans and refrigerated those overnight. Making it just consisted of lightly punching down the center and topping it off. I just retired so I'm looking forward to perfecting Pan Pizza AND figuring out the refried-bean sauce to make Taco Pizza.
Where have you been all of my life???????? Just found you and I’m thinking I might start cooking again.. after 46 years of cooking I was tired of thinking of things to cook and thought I’ve put my time in.. BUT… u have changed my mind….great easy recipes.. plus you are hilarious …. Great recipes and a great time laughing with you!!’ 👍👍👍👍
Hi Nicole been watching your videos forever u have the best recipes on the internet i think your pan pizza recipes is awesome I have been making them pizza like this for years only in a iron skillet i say u r sooooooooo spot on and I think u r fantastic u have given a little old lady ideas for dinner and the whole world so THANK U FOR THAT ❤
if you use a cake pan instead of 12" round cast iron(same volume) you can use a cast iron griddle as your "pizza stone". Either way you can do 550f ~12 mins no probs.
omg!!!! Now that I've seen this I am running to get the flour and yeast ...I don't think I'll be able to eat tonight. All I want is this pizza!! Tommo will be a great day!!!! Thank you so much for the video. Nice work❤
My favorite kind of Pizza! I love pan pizza. You make it look so easy too! I have to try making this! One problem though, the pizza sauce recipe wouldn’t download.
Question your skillet appears.to be good size , my skillet is maybe 12 inches how do I adjust my ingredients to accommodate a smaller skillet. Thank you!
Great recipe looks great but I would not use Olive Oil for baking, I would use Grapeseed Oil or Avocado Oil because of the higher smoke point for a high heat cook
Do TH-cam cooks have an aversion to rotary cheese graters, or do they prefer hand grating on a box grater? I bought a rotary grater on Amazon for about $26 and never have to hand grate. It takes a fraction of the time, and they are really easy to wash in a little warm soapy water.
Great video, you are talented and funny. I also love the fact that you actually made me think I can make this pizza LoL! I'm bad at cooking and growing plants :( A man can dream, a man can dream :)
What? How do you figure dipling the measuring cup in the flour olaces more than the required amount? Like you level off the top from spooning, you kevel off from dipping.
I saw and maybe still have a copy of the pizza huts list of sauce ingredients, well it was a partial list, but on it was celery.., could be puree'd celery but it was on the list..
Aldi had a pizza stone just like that last week for $10. I make cast iron pan pizzas all the time. I just make the dough and let it rise in the pan. I can’t duplicate the sausage from the hut though, any ideas?
You said something about not having to go out and buy a pizza stone? You were going to talk about that... You were so happy with that beautiful pizza that you never got back to it. What do we do if we don't own a pizza stone? Thanks for the great recipe and video.
Cant seem to find the recipe for the No Cook Pizza Sauce. I used the link provided at the end of printable recipe BUT it took me to something else where I had to join, irritating to say the least!
I'll usually shred it if that's what the recipe asks for, but the handwringing about pre-shredded cheese not melting is fairly overblown. Especially if you're cooking it in an oven at that temp for that long. I think it's just one of those cliches that cooks and food influencers like to cite, like "Pasta water should taste like the ocean" and "You want to be able to control the amount of salt in your meal; don't use salted butter" (tangent: I always wonder how these last two don't conflict with each other).

I just made this pizza with ghee in the bottom of the pan rather olive oil. It was epic! Epic, I tell you!
extra added touch with "one bite-everyone knows the rule"...spot on Nicole...and everyone knows where that comes from...
I'm gonna show this to my daughter. She loves the "Hut" style pizza😊 Thank you for showing how easy it is to make!
My son had autism and doesn’t like nothing but Pizza Hut pan pizza! So I hope this helps cause he won’t eat any other pizza at all!!!!
Your recipes and videos are the best. I love your casual attitude and easy to follow videos!!
I just love your approach to teaching. It’s like I’m sitting in the kitchen with you having a good time.
Would love to go out and have dinner with you
💯
Has anyone tried it. I agree she is the best in demonstrations love her.
Always love Nicole's recipes!
You make cooling food so interesting and very simple and as the other commenter said by far the best to watch.
The best and only way to order it.
I’ve followed the All Recipes food app for years and so happy to find your TH-cam channel. My favorite cook!
What's her TH-cam channel?

❤❤❤ Sorry for your loss, Jim. I think she's still with you and will supervise you in the kitchen.
Sorry for your loss.
I'm going to try it in the bread machine. If it doesn't work, then we learn! ❤️
Kudos! That pizza looks out of this world. Cannot wait to try out this recipe. Thanks, Nicole. As always, a fantastic job.
Good morning, I can't wait to make it ❤

Oh my word that looks amazing 😮
Looks so yummy! I like to lay down sliced provolone and parmesan as my bottom layer on crust before sauce😊
You should have your own show on tv!
I tried this recipe it was so delicious thank you so much 😊 ❤

Not a fan of thick crust pizza, but making your own is very easy. I use no-stick cake pans and spread the dough thin -- and make several flavors.
Literally mouth watering. Nice presentation. Thanks.
Thankyou for this always thought that dough was t one of the best things then topping. God bless.

I liked that you used Dei Fratelli tomatoes. It is a local brand here in Ohio and I love their whole product line.
I like your flour measuring technique. Will use it next time I make bread. Thank you.

I sprinkle coarse ground cornmeal into the oil before putting the dough in. Comes out just like the pizzeria.
Yes, Cornmeal and Salt makes all the difference to the crust bottom.

I love this woman cuz she is so real and her kitchen is messy!
She’s in a studio 🤷🏼♀️
She looks great and her pizza also looks delicious!
Great easy way. Smart way to cook bottom a lil more. I need this pizza
Yuuum
Can’t wait to make this
NICOLE!!!! GIRL I LOVE U!!! TYSM!! I LOVE PAN pizza and was just thinking how much I missed that they took it away. You go girl!!
omg!!!! Now that I've seen this I am running to get the flour and yeast ...I don't think I'll be able to eat tonight.
All I want is this pizza!!
Tommo will be a great day!!!!
Thank you so much for the video. Nice work❤
Awesome! We even have the red Coke plastic cups to make it an authentic experience lol! Great video.
Awesome, thanks
awesome recipe chef, please show Chicago puff pizza recipe please
I don't like pizza much but you make me want to try making it.
That’s so sad
Looks soooooo good!!!!
This looks so tasty! Thanks!
Thank you
If i add mushroom and coloured poppers still will be crispy? Or i have to keep it in oven for longer time or there is other way to back it
I'm making this as we speak. Well, as you speak.
Love your cooking show! We like to slice our pepperoni so you can sprinkle it all over the pizza. That way you always get pepperoni in every bite.
Would love to try your recipe ... but is there an alternative to cast iron skillet?
Nicole, would this same dough work in a 18” Cast Iron pan ? Or best in a 12” pan ? 🧑🍳
My favorite kind of Pizza! I love pan pizza. You make it look so easy too! I have to try making this! One problem though, the pizza sauce recipe wouldn’t download.

❤❤ This Great Way Of Making Pizza🍕🍕#EasyPizza

Pizza is God's gift to humanity.
I add heat the oil and 2 tablespoons of honey / mix. / and then put that on into pan and baste the top of the dough prior to sauce .
Great video, you are talented and funny. I also love the fact that you actually made me think I can make this pizza LoL! I'm bad at cooking and growing plants :( A man can dream, a man can dream :)
When does your restaurant open and were😋
Fantastic 👍👍👍
What? How do you figure dipling the measuring cup in the flour olaces more than the required amount? Like you level off the top from spooning, you kevel off from dipping.
♥️ 🥰 😋 🍕 👍I could go for some of this now. TYFS
No no!! Fresh Mozzarella girl not that one but sure looks easy and a focaccia crust to boot. Yummy!
My birthday cake! Thank you.
Does the yeast work the same with gluten free flour? Not a choice in diet here, celiac disease.
need to find those super thin pepperonis, so they curl up and get browned and crunchy.. love my Hut... worked for them and Taco Bell 😁😍😍😍😍
Crazy, but when I heard that little sizzle, I could smell the pizza (on a video)! My mouth was watering too!
Do you have to have a cast iron skillet? What about a non-stick pizza pan?

LOL.. One bite.. everyone knows the rules!!! .. Nice job .. It's not the way we eat it out here in New Haven , but Dang Girl .. That looks good
My new idea all cheese n brisket
What size is your cast iron? I don't have a cast iron that big. Do I need to go purchase a large cast iron like that?
Can this be done with store bought dough?
You said something about not having to go out and buy a pizza stone? You were going to talk about that... You were so happy with that beautiful pizza that you never got back to it. What do we do if we don't own a pizza stone? Thanks for the great recipe and video.
She placed it on the stove to finish browning. No stone finish on stove...
Cant seem to find the recipe for the No Cook Pizza Sauce. I used the link provided at the end of printable recipe BUT it took me to something else where I had to join, irritating to say the least!
It won't open recipe for pizza sauce
Rewatch the segment with the sauce. It's only like 6/7 ingredients
Beautiful
Good recipe
I've always wanted to make Pan Pizza but afraid of how much time It can take!
Nice!! Pretty Pizzajola lol Enjoy
Looks great...could definitely use more cheese though.🎉
is that 2 cups water?
pan pizza is my fav
thank you for saying "pan pizza", the folks in Detroit have seemed to have high jacked the name
Awesome ❤
ohh ah ah ah ah! anyone else hear Down With the Sickness when she rocked that pizza on the cooling rack??🍕🎵👂😂
O wah ah ah ah
How many cups of flour

Im going to try it..but with less dough and eliminate the tomato paste..looked way to thick for me
You channeled Dave Portnoy for a minute there during the taste test 😂
Omg the pizza princess
That looks BETTER than the old Pizza Hut. You got it cooked through. They never did.
What's the water measurement how much
Which Pizza Hut recipe era is this? If this recipe is from the 80s to mid 90s, we are in business.
Yummmyyyyyyy
I cook mine on the stove first and then put it in the oven.
you did not say how much water
