It has happened to me in one university in Britain. My professor was a Marathi from Bombay. I am a Bengali from Calcutta. He was against me from the beginning and in the final examination he gave me C grade which is a failure as it was a post graduate class. Because I got A in all other courses and my personal tutor, an American, supported me I got the Master's Degree and got admission to PhD.
One of my classmates was indian, and she was mocked by everyone for her name, even by the teacher. Her name was ashvini. Honestly, people need to stop imposing one culture over everyone.

I took a drama class when I was still in school some years ago. All students were adults. After class I spoke to the professor and expressed my interest of acting. The following class, the professor suddenly changed subjects and talked about opportunities for Asian actors/actresses in Hollywood. He simply said that for Asian actors to have leading parts in a Hollywood featured films, he foresee it may not happen for another 50 years. At that moment I realized that he doesn't like me and the only Asian lady in his class. Well, he was wrong. It is happening and way sooner than 50 years.
Oh come on, don't believe every negativity you heard, that teacher was talking trash. Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Lucy Lou, Pat Morita were and are one of Hollywood's best. In this year's Oscar's the Asian community went home with the prestigious statuette.

DramatizeMe should submit this short story to the Academy of Science and Motion Pictures for viewing. I believe this project could get an Oscar nomination for best short subject. This got the spirit, quality acting, controversial subject, music, this is just perfect.
As a man of color I can relate to this; often targeted for my color, background, food habits, the way I looked and being almost negated for my very existence. Curry, onion, oily, and many more words still remind me of how bigotry was so prevalent and it did affect me mentally. But I always believed trading hate with hate only fosters a more toxic environment. My experiences have helped me reflect on spreading positivity and kindness with everyone even to those who cannot see me excel and grow, I’ve chosen love and I hope everyone else too.

I worked in Security for over 9 years. I worked with a lot of people from India, Pakistan, and several other countries. One thing I would not tolerate was discrimination of any kind. If some one I had to deal with said anything out of line about my co workers, I would demand an apology. A lot I worked with said it is ok. I would come straight back, no it is not, and they will be giving you an apology, or I am going no where. I had a firm, but fair hand with all. A lot of times, I had people behind me others did not realise. Plain cloths staff, off duty police officers etc. I just had a way I done things, and got a good result almost always.

All that time he thought he was destroying Mr. Smith. He went ranting on this man as he was used to do it. I think this short story tell us a lot more than a whole full length movie. The kid tries to file a complain to investigate what Mr. Cooper was going to do. The sketch has some very good acting, the face gestures of Mr Dayton and Cooper when they realized who that Indian man really was. Then Mr. Cooper tries to protect his butt by double-cross Mr. Dayton saying " That's unacceptable, what a blow to the reputation of our university". Then he gets his caught, " spare us the quakery Mr. Cooper, you were his accomplish. It was all happening under your nose, and what do you do? Turn a blind eye to it. Imagine how many talented people we lost because these two idiots". The sketch was hard material, riveting, perfectly minded and directed. Although not perfect since it doesn't show a sanction for Mr. Cooper, he as well should've gotten suspended since they were a team. At the end everyone left leaving Mr. Dayton alone in the scene while his buddy Mr. Cooper should've been there with him unemployed too. I must say my favorite line was this one "Wait....you can't do it, come back, I am gonna complain" Sweet... ...

This was just too good!! The actors have done an excellent job in portraying the racist and the victim of racism. What I haven't been able to understand is how just the color of the skin or which part of the world one is from determines or classifies them as inferior or superior to the others..I have seen this discrimination in our own clan...in my own house...where my mother in law who is fair skinned refused to touch her own brother's children who are dark skinned....It just bothers me to the limits where I have heard of such things even in the schools where my niece too was made fun of due to the colour of her skin... ofcourse I would always blame the parents for that...as, if they didn't keep quiet to what their children thought or spoke, which was an encouraging YES to their thoughts...none of these would have spread around like cancer of the mentality all around the world..

DramatizeMe should submit this short story to the Academy of Science and Motion Pictures for viewing. I believe this project could get an Oscar nomination for best short subject.
This got the spirit, quality acting, controversial subject, music, this is just perfect.
As a man of color I can relate to this; often targeted for my color, background, food habits, the way I looked and being almost negated for my very existence. Curry, onion, oily, and many more words still remind me of how bigotry was so prevalent and it did affect me mentally. But I always believed trading hate with hate only fosters a more toxic environment. My experiences have helped me reflect on spreading positivity and kindness with everyone even to those who cannot see me excel and grow, I’ve chosen love and I hope everyone else too.

I worked in Security for over 9 years. I worked with a lot of people from India, Pakistan, and several other countries. One thing I would not tolerate was discrimination of any kind. If some one I had to deal with said anything out of line about my co workers, I would demand an apology. A lot I worked with said it is ok. I would come straight back, no it is not, and they will be giving you an apology, or I am going no where. I had a firm, but fair hand with all. A lot of times, I had people behind me others did not realise. Plain cloths staff, off duty police officers etc. I just had a way I done things, and got a good result almost always.

I figured it out at one minute in. He understands English PERFECTLY and has very good HEARING and understood everything the professor said to him but he has a SPEECH IMPEDIMENT and THAT is the only reason he has trouble talking. However, he actually understands the subject better than anyone else there including the teacher?
he was the HEAD of that committee and he wanted to SEE for himself if the orange came from the same tree (him and the college president). so thats why he deliberately acted that way to get PROOF and then when the big meeting started, He HIT THE NAIL RIGHT IN THE COFFIN!!!!!

I love the ending. Dayton is a sick guy. Never judge a book by its cover.
All that time he thought he was destroying Mr. Smith. He went ranting on this man as he was used to do it. I think this short story tell us a lot more than a whole full length movie. The kid tries to file a complain to investigate what Mr. Cooper was going to do. The sketch has some very good acting, the face gestures of Mr Dayton and Cooper when they realized who that Indian man really was. Then Mr. Cooper tries to protect his butt by double-cross Mr. Dayton saying " That's unacceptable, what a blow to the reputation of our university". Then he gets his caught, " spare us the quakery Mr. Cooper, you were his accomplish. It was all happening under your nose, and what do you do? Turn a blind eye to it. Imagine how many talented people we lost because these two idiots".
The sketch was hard material, riveting, perfectly minded and directed. Although not perfect since it doesn't show a sanction for Mr. Cooper, he as well should've gotten suspended since they were a team. At the end everyone left leaving Mr. Dayton alone in the scene while his buddy Mr. Cooper should've been there with him unemployed too. I must say my favorite line was this one "Wait....you can't do it, come back, I am gonna complain" Sweet...

What a great video, this was the worst type of harassment for any (1) or (2) people of a higher degree, to give out to anyone!! I am so glad it ended this way. This type of person both of them should be never be allowed to work in a University/ College atmosphere again! 🤔

This was just too good!! The actors have done an excellent job in portraying the racist and the victim of racism.
What I haven't been able to understand is how just the color of the skin or which part of the world one is from determines or classifies them as inferior or superior to the others..I have seen this discrimination in our own clan...in my own house...where my mother in law who is fair skinned refused to touch her own brother's children who are dark skinned....It just bothers me to the limits where I have heard of such things even in the schools where my niece too was made fun of due to the colour of her skin... ofcourse I would always blame the parents for that...as, if they didn't keep quiet to what their children thought or spoke, which was an encouraging YES to their thoughts...none of these would have spread around like cancer of the mentality all around the world..
