Im born and bred here in u.k, British Born Hindu Gujrat. At my new job a white brit was taking the piss about certain things. He could just about do his job and the team was falling behind on team targets. I suggested to him to ask the line manager for extra training as we all have to learn somewhere, he was like im just outta university and have a masters degree im more clever than all of you lot. After a week or two he gets called in by training department, they say he needs more training, I was allocated to train him. oh here goes, step by step I taught him what he is supposed to do, hw wanted to jump it fast I said ok, he could not even keep up. He said fine lets do it your way. When I had trained him he was sent to do work, he was getting it done properly, during lunch break he said mate thanks for helping me without you I possibly could have lost my job. I said mate my indian teachings say if we are to succeed we must all unite, if someone is struggling help them. After that he became a good friend and his mindset towards non whites had changed positively.
