@dragonstar9125 on tiktok during this games development, the official tiktok actually mentioned it in a video advertising the game. That's one way I got it confirmed, not to mention creators playing the original have mentioned it. Plus it really is obvious considering the designs and concepts of certain things in the game.
2:20:30 come on, guys!! this IS a warrior cats inspired game, even if it has been adapted to make it an original product. It started as a Warrior Cats project and you can still see clearly the traces of it. Also there's lots of games you could get away streaming as a cat youtuber! how about Stray? or cat minigames?
You should definetly swim to the island, its fun there! As far as I can remember its located to the bottom of beach central (its not showing on the map cus its a secret place, hehe) Make sure to take a lot of thistle cus it will help you to swim without getting damage for a longer time!

Like stripes are easier in a vector animation program since you can warp there mesh and don't always have to redraw them, still a pain in 2D even then
