    Great Video !! But my evap just went out on my 04 Cherokee. Only 140k miles on it. I will just have to do withoyt a/c because this looks like a monster to try and do myself, and I live in central Florida and it's 110 degrees everyday.

    We removed the heater core. We took the dash out and all that stuff went to start it. The dash lights came on but it did not turn over. We have new battery, new battery cables. Is there any suggestions?

      Yes so this happened to me, But it could be a multitude of things that possibly weren't plugged back in.
      But for me specifically, it was the airbag module grounds Under the center console and one of the plugs that I forgot to plug in all the way.
      What I would do is just start from square one, Check all your plugs that were unplugged during the process.
      Check the ground like I mentioned that's under the center console.
      I guarantee it's just something simple like that That got overlooked when re installing everything
      Same thing happened to me.

    Did you have trouble getting the box put back together I’m dealing with it right now and I can’t seem to get the grooves lined up good enough to get the metal brackets back on the case to keep it together

      I did a little bit, It's a little tricky to be honest, Do you have instagram where you could send me pics? Maybe I could help you better if I can see it?

      I also have another video of me putting the box back together, I'm still editing it. But it shows in detail how the box goes back together
      I've done it about three or four times now, so i've gotten pretty good at it

    Is there a video that shows how you got this out of the dash?

      Above is the video where i remove the dash, and if you check my "playlists" I have multiple videos all having to do with the jeep dash and heater box. It's called jeep dash series I believe.
      Thanks for watching

      @@Motorcycle_Man thats great Thank You.
      Looking at the backside of the whole thing out of the dash and seeing the heater core right there makes me want to cut a hole through the firewall right at the core and save lots of work! If it only would work somehow.

    • @Motorcycle_Man
      @Motorcycle_Man  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @jimhoward1655 happy to help.
      Although I'd highly suggest not cutting through the firewall, it would have to be a huge hole, and it'd be hard to seal back.
      Removing the dash on this isn't nearly as bad as most other models.
      Good luck and if you have any questions, you can type them here and I'll respond
