I’m chronically ill and neurodivergent plus have kids and I suck ass at time management but working on it lol sorry about the cat u lost. That gray one is so pretty. Editing takes sooooooo much timeeee
You sound like you're great at time management. I have loads of free time and I never get as much done as I'd like. You're doing great. I also exercise and get somewhere over 10K steps every day. I've lost 102 pounds so far and I don't intend on quitting now.
Thank you! And congrats on your weight loss, that's quite a commitment. I hope you ARE able to quit at some point :) when you've gotten to a body composition that supports your life.
"trying to keep my body healthy" followed by a shot of Mountain Dew and Doctor Pepper multipacks 🙂 I've been working from home for the past 16 years, my advice would be to switch to a low-carb breakfast and lunch if possible, but breakfast is the most important one. Switch to drinking just water throughout the day, but tea and freshly-brewed coffee is also good. As for stand-up desks, the best one I have ever used is also the cheapest: Ikea's manual-adjust model which is called Relatera in the US
I'm actually not asking for health advice here :) You're making a lot of assumptions about my life that are incorrect and giving (unsolicited) advice based on those assumptions. That's a dangerous thing to do.
@@Savallion please disregard my comment then, I was offering advice from my own experience to take or disregard as you see fit. If you would rather I delete my comment then please let me know and I will do so.

@@Savallion I'm going to keep exercising and watching what I eat. I will stop losing weight though when I get to my goal. It will be nice.
