- The wedding DJ is evolving and so is our look. DJ Furniture is taking over and becoming the standard for high-end events. DJ Furniture is a great way to make a statement & set a great first example at venues and for wedding vendors & couples alike.
Typically these booths can cost THOUSANDS of dollars, but if you can use a circular saw & a drill, you might find you can achieve this look without going broke.

so dope! Love the fact that you can swap your setup to drop into either booth...so clever!
Bro! major shout out to you, DJ Travis, for always sharing such helpful DIY tips and tricks! 🙏🏼 Your videos have saved me, and countless other mobile DJs--I'm sure of it, a ton of money, and I'm grateful for your expertise and generosity. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you for everything you do for the DJ community!
Great video, I’m looking to build a pedestal booth, can you share the blueprint and materials needed?
I love it. Thanks looks awesome 👌🏼
Great job !
Wonderful video. I’m not in the wedding dj business as I just dj in my room, but this is beautiful furniture for dj equipment that I can totally appreciate!
Great Video! Do you sell the plans to build the pedestal booth?
Love it +
Amazing job. I am trying to build a pedestal one now myself. Came up with plans now to do it.
Thanks for the tips - those booths are so nice. I've been look'n into building my own. However, I'm trying to figure out a way to build one with lighter materials - Trying my best to avoid using wood.
I am looking forward to building one
Love the build man!!!! do you have the spec's that you build it to? Or a sematic for the build? Wanna try to do the same pedestal...
Can you do a video focused on the pedestal DJ booth. I really like it and wanted more details. Thanks so much for sharing!
Would you consider posting or even telling the blue print for the podium set up?
Can you sell the specs and instructions to make both booths?
what rackmounted power strip are you using?
I was sold when you metioned blood 😁
🤣🤣🤣 Well I appreciate you watching that far.
How do you transport the podium? Bags or cases?
The topper and base go in a bag, and the tower I'm ordering a tuki cover for.
You mentioned the size thickness of plywood- what did you do to determine the other dimensions?
As long as you design something that complies with ADA Standards of Accessibility, you will go golden.
Mainly just if I thought if the look would be proportionate and that I had room for everything. For example, if I wanted to put a drawer in the tower of my T-Booth. I had to make sure the tower's depth was deep enough from the drawer and a couple of hanging cables inside the tower behind that.
Greetings…….2 questions……. What is the name of the color? And is semi-glass? Satin? Mate…? Thank you
This is just a plain white, semi-gloss. I used exterior paint because it's a lot more rugged.
Do you still use the icoa 18s? Update please.
Occasionally for my larger functions.
Great job Travis!
Do you still use your painted white Chauvet DJ Wash Efx and if not are you willing to sell them.?
Hi Travis, always been a fan of your DIY ideas 👍 I have recently seen DJ Danny B´s review of the 4mic Phenyx Pro system (he was pretty honest about pros/cons), you mention 4:48 you have the 2mic Phenyx Pro PTU-71 build into your rack, how is your long-term experience with that system for speeches etc ? Btw more Phenyx Pro reviews at youtube lately, Lostaxx did on the in-ears, maybe you could do on the PTU-71? For me a review from a DJ who has used the gear several gigs of course, weighs heavier when making the decision. Next step up is PTU-1U 1mic about same price...........maybe PTU-71 is the sweetspot.
I would go with the PTU-1U or 2U. Much better and more stable signal.
