This system takes longer to clean than a typical system in America, though there’s probably some difference in what the expectations between American and European car washes are. Additionally, we don’t usually use much contouring equipment on touchless options, and contouring dryers are almost unheard of here, usually in favor of blower fans mounted on the machine or a standalone arch at the exit. Nonetheless, this appears to be a fairly nice wash.
This system is typical example how most European systems are designed and programmed. Big part of this being slow is the programming. Goal in these is to offer very thorough pre wash and high pressure wash. Brushes only clean very stubborn dirt keeping them clean and avoiding scratches to the car. Contouring steps do take time. Dryers are designed to consume less power than standalone dryers. There is 4 blowers. 2 top and 2 side blowers. Also one thing is that touchless washes have almost totally gone from the Europe. These modern systems are combination machines and customer can also choose touchless option.
@@CarWash811 Ah, that makes sense. It seems like it does a good job, though. We have touchless systems over here that can wash up to 40 cars an hour, though that doesn’t do quite as good of a job as a system with soft touch brushes. That said, a vast majority of systems here don’t have a wax option that’s similar to several European setups I’ve seen, instead favoring some sort of surface protectant followed by a rinse. As for contouring dryers, I’m not sure why they’re not more common in America.
I take it that this must be the car wash system where u get to also have a special wash option as of if you want the machine to wash ypur vehicle off with or without the brushes going.

It's common for car washed with brushes. Usually those parts get thrown away before anyone sees them.
