@@bussasrikanth7358 it was never there in 86 model. It came after 2000.so possibly you are using new type for old bike. But it is connected to air filter box.
@@MechAutoClinic Yes exactly it was fitted at the time of engine work, mechanic connected the down pipe with air filter but he shut the top and narrow one with glue, make the aux screw tight, please tell me where should i connect top narrow pipe with another mechanic please sir.

I think should check your platinum point. I was also having the same problem.Try replacing that platinum point set with a new one ..Also.. 1)Check your battery water level.. 2)Rectifier regulator And 3)Ignition coil set.

I'm riding bullet from 1995 to till date but in these years I had hardly used choke max to 10 times and more overly my mileage is always 40+, never had starting or any other problems, my RE is 1962, 1996 & 1947 model, performance of RE depends on valve setting, point setting, timing and carb setting.

Over accumulation of carbon may stop the bike. Or over accumulation of carbon may increase carbon layer inside chamber which is not good if you are using choke for very long time... Few times will not harm the engine.
Very good information sir meri dono bullet me choke dena padta hai nahi to start hi nahi hota. Mai bhi pahle ise koi fault sochta tha. Ab confusion khatm ho gaya thanx sir. But meri 500 standard efi hai usme bina choke k chalu ho jata hai. Normal hai ya.
Sir meri 2 gaadiyo me tank me rust ho gaya hai 2008 and 2013 wali me. And leakage ho raha hai. Same model ki tanki yaha available nahi hai. Bs4 ka bs3 me lagane ka kuchh tarika hoga q ki bs4 ki tanki me andar coating kiya hua aata hai

Kisi ne notice kiya ? Old bullet me carburettor ka chock accelerator side hota he, jo bike start karte vakt dikkat deta he, chock se bike start karte ho aur chock OFF karne ke liye right hand use karo tab bike bandh ho jati he, isliye right hand se thoda accelerator de ke, left hand se chock OFF karna padta he... Old carburettor me ye design mistake thi...
it was not a mistake. while applying choke you don't need to apply throttle. choke is based on suction based. so one false kick for rich fuel suction via choke was the idea and second kick for starting the bike when the rich fuel is inside the chamber. giving throttle is not necessary while starting the bike. if you calculate then you come to same number of mixture when giving throttle + choke and without choke and no throttle. the concept of choke is no throttle and choke on which makes rich fuel. thanks for watching video. thanks for appreciating.
@@MechAutoClinic Thanks for prompt reply... But my RE 350 old needs chock during starting, when I make chock OFF without throttle, engine gets stop... So, I have to keep bike rave by light throttle ON and shut off the chock by left hand... Very odd condition....
using choke for starting is a good practice and sign of good tuning. please refer my one of the video which is made on that. using throttle while starting that is also in choke on condition is variable. it depends on how much temp (too much cold) is drop down and what IDLE RPM is set. reason for IDLE rpm is that generally people prefer to keep old engines at very low IDLE that means the slide almost touches the bottom in side the carb that means almost no air. Air is important for both the process (two different process - IDLE RPM and using CHOKE) whether using choke or not. if you use throttle that means quiet possible there is no AIR intake AT all. besides you dont need to handle choke in pull condition while starting and twisting throttle. choke has got lock which when you pull it stays there. if not staying that means the lock is damaged or worn out. sometimes some areas/location need little twisting of throttle due to weather condition and tuning as well. I have done that many times with many bikes but not with all the bikes. thanks for watching video.

Lekin abhi ek dusri problem ho gaya he me point check kara rha tha to piston top he ya nahi wo dekh ne k liye mene pen dala tha plug ko nikaal k to wo fas gaya aur tut gaya andar to sir abhi kya karna padega??
