Silent Voice is a Sign Language club in the beautiful city of Melaka and we teach BIM (Bahasa Isyarat Malaysia).
Silent Voice is founded by Reverend Edmund Smith who is also the Chairman of this club. Reverend Ed teaches at Silent Voice once a week and he holds a Master's Degree in Sign Language Interpreting.
