This is one of my favorite movies ever. It makes fun of the tropes from movies like Wrong Turn, Evil Dead 2, The Hills Have Eyes (sort of), Tourist Trap, Motel Hell, etc. I love how Dale starts out as adorable and lacking confidence, but becomes Rambo by the end (and still adorable). And Tucker is so freaking funny!!! And the college kids are mostly just a bunch of idiots who have allowed their perceptions and expectations of hillbillies to be formed by all the demented horror movies they watch. Just an all-around awesome movie. I love it.
If you rewatch, Tucker's fingers would have been burned up in the fire and none of the college kids had nail polish like that. So, whose fingers did they reattach?
Like any good parody, this low-budget production takes the genre seriously, so it's nasty and splattery when it comes to dying. The title characters are fantastic, and pitch-black fun is guaranteed. Terrific movie.
Great reaction Cristy like always. This is one of my favorite comedy horrors ever. I find it particularly sweet that Dale doesn't like fishing but goes with Tucker anyway cause Tucker likes it so much. He's just a great friend. The wood chipper scene gets me everytime, I can't help laughing my butt off. Tucker and Dale, Cabin in the Woods, and Shaun of the Dead are the holy triumvirate of horror comedies in my book. I had a hard time leaving out American Werewolf in London, but I feel that leans very heavily towards horror and not so much comedy. Literally anything with Alan Tudyk is a guaranteed good time. There are some fun-facts about it. In the original cut of the movie tucker actually does die, but test audiences hated it so they changed it to him living and There is a special version on the Blu-Ray. They edit out all of the stuff that shows us that Dale and Tucker are innocent and the movie plays like a slasher film and is kind of scary. They call it "Dale and Tucker ARE Evil." Keep up the good work.
Nothing is vintage unless it's over 20 years old. With movies, most people wouldn't call one vintage unless it was much older than that. Films have been around for over a hundred years now, so for anyone who is a film buff, most of the important ones were before the 2000s. This makes it seem even weirder when someone speaks of a movie from 2010 as being old at all, because that's very modern when compared to almost every great or classic film.
Cristy, please watch Batman and robin 1997! 😊 I have another request, could you react and review "the bane transformation"? Always in Batman and robin 1997. Please do it 😊
I just thought it was ok. Performances were good and it was funny at times. Wasn't a fan of the hatred of hillbilly's storyline . Decent time at the movies
It’s hilarious how the crazier Chad becomes over the course of the movie, the more popped his collar is! 😂😂
"...looked like he was eating her face off" refers to a deleted scene in which Dale was giving Allie mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.
it was fun watching you go between SHOCKED and LAUGHING! 🤣 GREAT REACTION, thank you! 👍☺

Dale is an adorable human lol

My best friend since 1st grade Rodney is Dale in every aspect. A big burley guy but a complete softie.

Just Hi**billies or He**billies?! 🤔🤞
Tucker & Dale prove to be Herobillies!
(meh? I'm not too bright:🕯️🫠👍 Great Helloween reactions, Cristy!;)
I just watched this about 10 days ago. It’s such a fun movie.
I first watched this unaware of what it actually was. By the end I was amazed how great of a fun movie it was.
I love Alan Tudyk (Tucker). He's always worth watching, in any role.
I love this movie, as soon as I saw Alan Tudyk was in it, I had to watch it. I'm not a horror fan but this was just such a fun watch!
That wasn't gasoline in the cabin, it was moonshine!
Cristy, prepare to laugh! 😂
There's a serious misunderstanding going on here. 😉
I love watching funny movies with family and friends. That's how you make it feel, gracias Princesa.
I would love a sequel to this
The kid at the beginning that you asked what he was doing.. he was pumping water. That pump brings up water from a well.
Oh owie.... 2010 being vintage. That one hurt.
It was a joke! Haha
@@CristyReacts Whats that youngin? Gotta speak up... try the left ear, it is my good one.

Of COURSE his name is Chad. Heh.
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 🎃🎃👻👻🎃🎃👻👻🎃🎃👻👻
Cristy is Cute
Her eyes are amazing
Every movie is a stoner movie. Except Rom-Coms, they're wine movies.
So darkly funny!
8:52🤣
10:45 qu'est-ce que c'est?
I thought you were going to have dreadlocks by the end of the movie. 😂
Are you ok? 😁
It's been a doozy of a day officer....🤣
😍😍😍
Why is she rooting for the college kids?
Could you make a reaction video about Jojo Rabbit? :)
