I fly the same setup in my f-16 with the Freewing 2210 in my fms f-18. The added power helps the f-18 and the 1900 is plenty for the f-16 and it’s larger wing area. I’ve hit 136.6 in my f-18 on the Freewing inrunner and Eflite 100A esc

That combo just sounds GOOD!! I put the same in my Freewing yak 130, and I swear it sounded like it burned jet A-;) and it was a good speed boost from the very old original 5 blade fan.

Don't know if that is the pro FMS motor but my FMS 1900kv pro upgrade on my freewing f16 gets 128 mph and it is a big upgrade on the standard freewing outrunner fan unit . I also installed a thrust pipe to smooth out that foam exhaust port .

I used that motor (the FMS 3060 1900kv) in my Freewing F-16 ARF. But I used the stock Freewing EDF unit with the FMS 12-blade fan. I wasn't about to jack up my Jet with that huge FMS EDF unit.

@@ojeezrc it fit the inrunner version of the Freewing EDF unit. Barely. And it hit approx 118mph on the GPS.

Nice passes and stuff. Let me tell u something I flown f16s all kinds fms 70mm same as eflite old fms 64mm 3s old 50 mm skyangel f16 and tigerscheme f16 70 mm 4s and electrifly f16 4s and this freewing artic as well and the fms inrunner 1900 ain't bad but believe me man the freewing inrunner I got on a slight dive was 118!! Straght level full speed was 95 now I know batts and stuff do affect it but in running chinahobbylines 3300 40 c and hrb 3300 60c the freewing inrunner is very good better the fms and I love fms lol also f16s are the best edfs to fly great sleek airframe and very agile like the full scale love it my friend from the field let me use a sick GPS module u install in the jet and it's very accurate it's like 90 to 100 bucks little pricy but it shows altitude how long if a distance u flown and speed time etc. Take care of this f16. I think it's the best out of all the ones I own from a f16 pilot here😁😁

How much did your flight times on the new setup differ from the original setup?

    • @RCPlaneReviewer

They were surprisingly the same so 4:00

@@RCPlaneReviewer Thanks for the reply, I currently still have the old Freewing 6s outrunner I really need to upgrade to an inrunner for more efficiency, not sure why they went with an outrunner in the beginning, not like an EDF needs the torque to change props?

I get quicker rotation and higher speed on the Freewing 2210 inrunner than the FMS 1900 inrunner. In the f-16 and the FMS 70mm f-18v2. Running Eflite 100a esc’s in both.
