Does any single company dominate the rest in terms of technology, wash quality, customer service, location density, etc.? 2. Have you seen any significant improvement or deterioration in any company's service over the past few years? Like, has anyone gotten way better or way worse? 3. What are the hallmarks of a 10/10 car wash? What equipment should I be looking for at the facility? Conversely, what equipment suggests an amateurish operation? 4. If you were running a small network of car washes for a living, which competitor would you most fear coming to your town? 5. Do you personally pay for a higher tier car wash, or do you stick with the base service? 6. Within a single 'brand' of car wash, is there a significant variance in quality between locations?
