Well yeah, that's what I was saying. Shirou, with Unlimited Blade Works, can and has beaten that, because Gil didn't take him seriously enough before it was too late. That's kind of the point of Gil, after all; his giant ego prevents him from taking opponents seriously and fighting at his full power (Berserker, Shirou, Sakura and arguably Saber all beat him at some point as a result). Extra Gilgamesh could be a different story though, I freely admit that. Especially with Hakuno commanding him.
FSN version of my King was tainted by the grail. If Shirou had faced him during his Extra / Extella / Zero days, he wouldn't have even been able to start chanting his mumbo jumbos Also My King has no ego. The reason why Gil even lost was because he "bent his knees before the universal truth of 'love conquers all', but displays his true, almost cheat-like abilities in Fate/Zero". EX Gil is a bit better in terms of temperament though.
I do not believe that Gilgamesh, realizing that Shirou's powers involve faking the power of other people's weapons, would have taken him seriously enough to actually go all out on him. If he tried he could have easily turned Shirou into swiss cheese or just almost literally erase him from existence.
Gilgamesh is flawed yes, but his arrogance allowed him to defy the gods and set the world up in a revolutionary manner where Heroes could exist after him. Hence he is the King of Heroes. In my opinion, he's the one who started the end of the Age of the Gods. But power wise, he's pretty broken by his spam ability alone, which has a single average Noble Phantasm being able to 1-hit KO another Servant. As said by Nasu, it's a high-power for low-cost technique.

Skill Ea is minimum output of the sword, but the NP is Ea at its peak. Skill one requires Gilgamesh's HP to be in the red to utilize. NP Ea is when the enemy's HP is red. Note that Skill Ea is not a Magic Stat skill, but relies on the Strength stat and can pierce through Guard.
Supposedly Extra Gil is happy with a video game world compared to FS/N world where the human mongrels pollute his stuff. So yeah, the difference is like meeting someone in a good and bad mood.

Choose the 2nd choice and fight him. Finally, I can do the Ea Skill as the enemy at this point is too weakfor Gil hp to drop to red
I got a question though. In CCC, there is the skill Ea and NP Ea. The skill just does a slash, but the NP does the galaxy throw. What's the different requirements to activate the skill vs NP, since the NP is insta-kill isn't the skill Ea kinda redundant?

Well, duh he is flawed. There's not much that isn't in this franchise.
You saying he can't beat everything because one of his awesome advantages was previously overcome once when he wasn't being quite that careful (thereby losing that advantage) and that that one person in the entire world could use her one ability that is an even more broken defense than Gil's offense to beat him :/
Even gods can't really beat Avalon without stalling, that thing is just outright cheating like Gil himself . . .
